Marcos pov.
As we approached the Castle there was a collective silence. Most of our men were taking in the view of the up close and personal castle that we had saw just yesterday. I felt Haruta as he ran up to Thatch and I.
Thatch (who was one of the only men that had a calming smile) looked down at the chore boy. "Oi, where were you earlier?" He asked.
The boy blushed deeply and puffed out his chest. "I'm a man." Thatch looked towards me and I sent him a small look before Thatch burst out laughing.
"You a man? You're ten!" Thatch laughed more. I rolled my eyes, "do you know what you're saying, yoi?" I asked the younger.
He nodded and smiled a smile that could contest with the greats. "It means I am a man. You two are gonna have to show me more respect." The chore Boy! Stated walking and putting his hands behind his head.
"Respect? You don't get any respect yet, you're a Chore boy-yoi." I stated. Haruta looked at me (he wore a tiny suit that was unbuttoned to show his white shirt underneath) and shrugged "You're just upset because I'm a man and you're not."
"A man doesn't gloat about his nights-yoi." I stated sternly. I really didn't care however this is our 10 year old chore boy. He is the youngest and should not be a man. I believe he doesn't even know what he's really saying.
"That's fine. But I am a man." He stated closing his eyes as he walked. I shook my head and looked at the tree in front of us that just yesterday held a dying member of Stars division.
Haruta was not even noticing he was walking towards a tree opposite from the one Jordon was injured at.
I followed his path till I noticed a faint red stain in the middle between the trees. Right directly in-front of the gate. I focused closer inspecting the spot as we kept walking.
"Who was it then, Mr. Man?" Thatch asked pulling the younger boy away from his doomed path. Haruta pulled away and looked towards the gate once again.
I frowned and stopped and held back Thatch. "wait-yoi." I said quickly. Pops who was walking a distance behind us stopped abruptly and readied himself for a fight, he looked down at me "What Is it Marco?" He asked.
I looked around the spot as I walked under the large black ark, the spiked gate was held at the top of the track like it should be. but it seemed empty.
Nothing seemed wrong expect that woman that was there the other day wasn't there.
"That gate guard...Um what was her name-yoi?" I asked Thatch.
He furrowed his eyebrows and tilted his head "Comet?" He asked. I nodded and kept walking inspecting the high charred walls that surrounded us.
"She's not here-yoi." I stated. Thatch shrugged "Maybe she's inside? You know where we should be?" He asked. I shrugged.
"I guess-yoi,"I stated. Still unsure if I should be weary of the gate not having a guard or not.
Thatch wrapped his arm around my shoulder as we pushed open the doors to enter.
"Don't worry it's a party in our honor! Have a drink! Have some fun! Get laid...." He stopped when the entirety of the rooms eyes where on us. At the center of the throne stood the tall and proud Ruler of this clan, Along with all the other soldiers below her.
'if this is an ambush, then I could probably take on, most of them.' I thought to myself.
A loud and stern voice pulled me from my thoughts. "Ah welcome Whitebeard Pirates!"
