It was the holidays, vacation started. It was a normal routine everyday for Harry ever since that day with Anthony. It was a pleasant two weeks, no worries, no damages, no costs, just happiness.
It wasn't normal for him to feel in that type of matter due to the fact that he spent his entire lifetime depressed. It was nice to smile here and there a few times even when things went wrong. He wanted to keep it that way, he wanted to feel this unknown yet amazing feeling for a long while. Though lucky for him but the other one was far from happy.
He was sad, he was sad that his own lover didn't take the chance to actually seek him and take his words to notice. He wanted him to love him, remember him. But he didn't, and he knew it. He as well felt very furious, to let go of everything just to follow him and make their own decisions together in a completely different world. He knew it wasn't going to go the way he wanted it to be, he knew that it was going to turn into a catastrophe, he had such negative outlooks on the idea but he did it anyways.
Till this day, he doesn't regret half of it. Mainly cause he had some of his troubled in his own household, and just by the thought of it, he knew his family didn't bother to look for him, no one did.
It was currently morning, 9 AM at most. Louis was at the train station like usual, waiting for the glorious moment for someone to help the young man. He sat on the bench, looking around, various couples and families waiting for the upcoming train.
He sighed, memories flowing through his head, memories of his parents. His family. He will admit, he had a great childhood, it was all fun and games, the typical happy lifestyle for a child. Until he came out, it was never the same.
It was during his time period where he was still trying to figure out who he was, or what he was. He later found out who he was when he laid his eyes on the curly haired lad, the one who took his breath away from the very first glance. He didn't know he was going to fall deeply in love with him that it actually lead him homeless.
Just as the conflicts the boy was going through, Louis went through it as well. It wasn't because puberty hit him hard, to the point where he always had an attitude towards his parents and got expelled so much from every high school he's gone too, for being "too destructive", whatever that meant. He went through the same type of rejection and impulse as Harry when he relieved to his parents that he was different, different as in him liking the same sex.
It was clear that his parents didn't approve, due to the lack of love and care he was later receiving. It was heartbreaking for sure, the fact that his own family kept rejecting him only because he was different. But there was the boy who loved him for who he was, the boy who taught him to take risks in life, the boy who taught him to not care what people thought of him, the boy who placed such a positive impact towards Louis.
The day Harry planned on running away, Louis was quick to acknowledge the fact that his boyfriend was indeed unhappy with his surroundings and that he had to follow his footsteps.
But the thing that impacted Louis was that Harry wasn't running away from his folks, or his family, but he was running away from him in particular. Till this day he still doesn't understand why Harry wanted to depart from him, but whatever it was, the idea of it, he didn't want to know why.
He let it slide, and he convinced himself that maybe he was meant to be alone, independent. Course he didn't like the idea itself but the past three years have been nothing but him pleading for help from others, and not receiving it.
He was alone, he didn't have anyone, he didn't have money, he doesn't have new clothes, he didn't have food, he didn't shelter, but he had himself. Yes, it wasn't much, yes, it wasn't that great of a thing but he felt like he was tired of depending his happiness or his way of "living" on people, people who did nothing but make his life a living hell.
Now that he realizes it, this was his freedom, this was the chance to start all over, to be happy. Even if starts off bumpy, he can be someone in life, the someone he always needed to be. The determination in his thoughts made him smile widely, he was excited. All this time he never really thought about being someone or doing anything for that matter, just sleep on the wooden benches.
He gets on the upcoming train, the 7, like usual. He goes to the familiar route, the place where he grown to know and sort of stalk the particular person. He's standing in front of the tall building, gulping as he walks inside, not only was he anxious, but the idea of getting rejected was consuming him. Everyone was staring at him, scrunching their noses as he passed by them.
He rolled his eyes, their shit smells worse than he does.
"Hello, how may I help you?" The lady in the front desk says. Louis looks up at the script behind her, on the wall. 'Styles' bold and big.
"I'm here to speak with Harry Styles." Louis spoke.
