Spencer's P.O.V
"Take a seat and please make your statement Ms Harvey."

"I don't need to be told what to do!"

The look on the judges face was indescribable.
I decided to take out my phone and secretly record Sara's statement, who knows, it may be useful later.
"Charlotte wasn't a good person at first, but then she took me in, she looked after me like a sister. I can never repay her for that."
She took a breath.
"I can help you. That's what she said to me over and over again. She did help me get over the pain of loosing my family, and get over the pain of leaving my town. Someday I had to repay her. So I helped her. I did whatever she wanted and told me to do. She told me that she wanted payback for how the girls..." She turned to face us. "How the girls betrayed Alison and that she believed that they couldn't treat Alison in that way."
"I agreed with Charlotte. Together we made a plan to take the four of them, and Mona down. Charlotte only did these things to protect her sister. She wasn't healthy then, and she didn't know what to do about it. I guess to her, that was the only way she could stay close to Alison. You could tell because Charlotte even befriended the girls, and what she got me to do was even worse. She got me to play with someone's feelings, and it didn't seem right to me."

Emily made a sound, that sound which means that it's not really true. That sound that means that you're bluffing.

I couldn't take it anymore. I couldn't look at Emily's sad and lost eyes every time Sara mentioned something abut feelings, or hurting someone else's feelings. She was clearly talking about Emily. I sent a S.O.S text to Lorenzo and Toby. I texted them saying that Sara was in the courtroom. Lorenzo had replied saying that he was on his way. Toby hadn't replied.

10 minutes passed. Sara was still talking about how Charlotte was a good person and all that stupid sh*t. I didn't believe her, not after what she did to Emily. I didn't pay attention to what Sara was saying, neither were the others-except Alison, the guy next to Alison, and the judge. I just waited for Lorenzo, I wasn't expecting to see Toby.

Then everything happened all at once. The police barged through the door of the courtroom, and Mona, Emily, Hanna, Aria and I gasped as a sign of relief.

"Ms Sara Harvey. You have the right to remain silent. Anything you say can and will be used against you in a court of law. You have the right to have an attorney present during questioning. If you cannot afford an attorney, one will be appointed for you."

With that Sara was taken away with cuffs around her wrists.

Suddenly, Toby rushed into the room. I gasped as a sign of relief. I ran towards him and fell into his embrace. It had been a long time since I had hugged him, let alone touched him.
"You came..." I whispered into his ear.

"I would never leave you alone Spencer. Ever."
