Ryan Seacrest- Good afternoon LA! It is 3 PM August 20th, 2011 and here with me in the studio are three brothers about to launch a new tour since 2009! So Kevin, what made you guys want to go back on tour now?

Kevin- The fans of course! We owe everything to our fans, they're what makes touring worth it.

Ryan- And Joe?

Joe- I agree 100% with what Kevin said. We wouldn't be where are without them. We're so grateful.

Nick- We have the best fans in the world.

Kevin- We really do!

Ryan- Well I'm really excited about it, you guys always give the best shows to your fans. Making each one special and unforgettable.

Nick- Aw well thanks!

Ryan- Joe, you just had a birthday. How was it?

Joe- It was awesome! We hung out at our parents with family and friends and had a BBQ. It was fun!

Ryan- Doesn't Nick have a birthday coming up? Having any plans with your girlfriend?

Nick- -laughs- I'll probably be hanging with a girl who's my friend.

Ryan- So you're single?

Nick- Yes

Ryan- Are you seeing her today?

Nick- We all will be hanging out-.

Kevin- We're going to a actual haunted house, which Nick hates so it'll be fun for us. -laughs-

Ryan- You hate haunted houses?

Nick- -laughs- Yeah, they're not for me.

Joe- He rather go golfing!

Ryan- So are you going only because your girlfriend is?

Nick- Uhh..-

Joe's POV

"Come on Nick," I whispered grabbing his hand. "Hang in there buddy, we're almost to the hospital." I held his hand the entire way to the hospital. His lifeless cold hand sent chills through me and I fought back the tears. He can't die and I won't let him, not on my watch.

Shay's POV

I looked up at Kevin as he followed behind the ambulance. His eyes didn't leave contact to it as I held his hand on the wheel. My eyes were filled with tears ready to fall as this ache in my stomach made me want to throw up. I can't lose Nick, I can't lose my best friend.

Joe's POV

Once we entered the ER, everything became a blur. I couldn't make out what people were saying and I couldn't concentrate on what's happening around me. I notice my parents were here just as Kevin and Shay were rushing in. Wait when did my parents get here?

"Joseph!" My mom called out running towards me. She wrapped her arms around me as I stared blankly ahead. "Come on they have a private room for us down the hall." A small set of hands grabbed mine and started to pull me down this never ending white hall.

Upon entering the room, I saw my dad on the phone pacing back and forth. Shay directed me to the brown couch, and we both took a seat. Looking around the room, it was very colorful and had this warm feeling to it. My guess is that this is where doctors deliver the bad news to the patient's families. I glanced down at the different pamphlets about depression and losing love ones. I quickly looked away as the thought stabbed at my gut, immediately making me want to vomit.

Shay took ahold of my hand just as the doctor walked in, clip board in hand and a empathic tone to his strong demeanor.

"I'm Doctor Travis and I have an update on Nick..you may want to sit down." Travis said eyeing Kevin. Kevin stopped pacing and took a seat in between my parents. "There's no easy way to say this but, Nick has fallen into a diabetic coma."

The loud sob that left my mom's mouth made me jump as I tried to comprehend what I just heard.

"What do you mean by diabetic coma?" I asked nervously.

"He basically went into a insulin shock from the rapid drop of blood sugar. We have him in a semi stable blood sugar range between 50-70. If it gets below 30 his organs begin to shut down." Kevin jumped in,

"Wait, by organs shutting down you mean..?"

"Death," Travis spoke softly. Shay gripped my hand even harder as tears fell freely down her cheek.

"But thanks to your brother's Charities and donations for Diabetic Research, we may have a solution to wake Nick from this coma..He'll be the first patient to-"

"No," Kevin interrupted.
