Waiting for a chance to strike
When you feel hurt
It hurts other people
To see you like that,

Call out
Don't bottle it up,
Inside
Just to hold it
Until you might scream
Don't hurt yourself more
Because you are already hurt
It just causes more pain
And it will not help
There is no need
For cutting
Or pills
Or stuff like that
When you are hurt,
On the inside
Let people know
Because you are loved
