Chapter 4: Questions & Answers

Ashley's POV: 

After my shower, I put on my pink holister sweats & jumper and a navy tank top. I then went and got my babychams from my bag and put them on.

After about 20 minutes of putting on makeup and straightening my hair I finally looked presentable again.

"Ohhhh! Selfie time for instagram and twitter" i said talking out loud to myself. (OH SHUT UP AS IF YOU DON'T DO IT!) Where's my phone?

"OHHHHH PHOONNEEE WHERRREE AREE YOUUU?!!!????" I sang in a sing songy voice while trying to find it. 

I eventually found it on my dresser. Pfft I knew it was there!

When I went on twitter I scrolled down my news feed just regretting going on twitter at all. Danny's fans are all so mean they hate me for living, they think I'm fat and not good enough for Daniel. 

More hate came onto my news feed every time I refreshed the page.

@Danieljishot: "@JustAmy You don't deserve Daniel!!! He's mine! Stay away from him bitch!"  

I expanded that tweet it already had 223 retweets and 150 favourites in 15 minutes.

@Danieljismine: "@JustAmy Don't you realise that we all hate you?! Danny's fans hate you and so does he!!" 

Maybe that's true because he sure as hell doesn't act like he loves me half- no a quarter as much anymore. Maybe the fans are stating the truth...... Maybe I am a worthless pile of crap. 

I didn't notice I was crying until a tear fell from my face onto the screen of my phone.

I went into my contacts and rang the 1st person on speed-dial. 

After the 2nd ring they pick up.

"Helllooooo pooo!!!" Shouted the voice.

"E-Emma wi-ill you co-mm-e over?" I said still crying.

"Ash are you okay?!" She said quickly.

"Yeah I just could use a friend right now..." I told her.

"I'll be over in 5"

And within 5 minutes she was here.

"Wanna hug?" She said giving me a bear hug.

After I told her about twitter and Daniels note Emma was angry as hell. She went off into a massive rant for I'd say a full 20 minutes.

"I don't even know why the hell you like him!! He's not good for you Ash! You know better... Think about it.. you are hurt YET AGAIN and as always it's because of him! Well mostly anyways."  

It went on and on like this for ages.

Emma has never liked Daniel she always thought he was trouble because he got into fights a lot of the time. He came home drunk as hell pretty much every night. I'd be mad with him and then we'd break up, he comes back and says that he was sorry and I'd forgive him as always. I always forgive him because I love him... Wait do I love Daniel? What am I saying of course I do! Don't I?? 

I've never met Daniels parents. We never talk about them either whenever I bring the subject up he either changes the subject or says the oh so famous line "It's complicated."  

I've been with Daniel for about 2 1/2 years now and still haven't met his parents it's a bit weird right? Or is it just me?

"So have you looked up anything on the Maliks yet?" Emma asked me while eating a pack of tayto prawn cocktail crisps.

"Nope..They won't want me back anyways...." I said eating my bar of chocolate. 

She got up from her chair and dragged me up stairs to the computer.  

I guess we are doing research now then!

Zayn's Pov: 

"So you're saying I've had a BLOODY TWIN ALL OF THIS TIME WHO WENT MISSING AND YOU HAVEN'T BOTHERED TO TELL ME JUST BECAUSE YOU THINK WE'LL NEVER SEE HER AGAIN?!?!" I shouted at my Mum, water forming in my eyes.

"Zayn... hunny, she got kidnapped when she was 2. Doniya brought you and Ashley to the beach and Ashley wanted to be a big girl and get the ice cream for us. So Doniya let her because the stand was literally 5 metres away from where she was sitting and so she gave her the money. One minute Ashley was in the line next minute she was gone when your sister took two seconds to take her phone out of her bag. Doniya took it the worst Zayn! She sat in her room in depression for days blaming herself. There was not one trace left to where they went or who the kidnappers were." Mum said sadly.

I got up from my old bed and walked out of the room, down the stairs and out the front door slamming it behind me.

I took out my phone and called Doniya even though she was in college. It's half past 1 so she's probably out on lunch, it will be grand. 

She picked up after the 3rd ring.

"Zayn?"

"Is it true?" My voice not coming out as strong as I hoped.

"Is what true?"

"...Ashley" My voice was barely a whisper.

"...... Y-y-ou know" she said sniffling.

"So it is. Why would you of all people keep this from me?! We have always been close! Like what the fuck?? She could be in pain right now the kidnappers could've hurt her!! I bet nobody has even search for her am I right?!" I shouted through the phone.

"Zayn we kept it from you for the best. Of course we searched! For 3 years! Search parties and everything." She told me sadly.

"Right, well we are starting again. Police, detectives, the full thing. We are going to find her!" I told her seriously.

"We will start when I get home" Doniya said.

"Okay bye"

"Bye"

I felt a little better after talking to my sister, we might have a little hope in seeing 'Ashley'. I walked back into my house preparing myself to say sorry to my mam.
