It is really hard to walk around in this college...without worrying if I have mistaken something in how I look . I have a flat chest so...that didn't cause a trouble to me in getting disguised and I am pretty skinny so I wear just some big boyish clothes of my brother's . And I have bought some thick fake eyebrows and just-in-case facial hair ...the woman working in the shop where I bought these kept giving me looks and asking me awkward questions..I just lied that I need them in a drama class that I was training for ...she still looked suspicious though but I didn't care . I am very close to my brother but I never concentrated in his way of talking or walking , I didn't even imitate him ...so after the idea of disguising came up to my mind , I had to walk around the streets and observe how guys talk and greet each other and walk ...movies helped as well but I still should practice more because I am SO failing in that. I am finally in the class waiting for the professor . I remember Kyle telling me alot about his professor . He said he is a very knowledgeable man and all of his studies are about genetic mutation . He is the biology professor here and Kyle told me he is new here , he just came at the start of second term . I sit down at the back and some nerdy guy sits next to me and he seems really nervous . He is trembling actually ...I wonder what is with him.
"Wassup ?" I hate myself . I hate my life . The guy is so nervous and worried about God knows what and I start the conversation with 'wassup' ..great just great!
"Oh um hello" aww he is so awkward isn't he ? That's pretty cute . Dude , stop fangirling.
"Do you need any help ?"
I ask as I see him struggling with his books and papers . I take a look at his face and he is good looking actually . He has golden hair and chocolate brown eyes and his glasses really fit him. His hair is pretty messy , he did not fix it before he comes here because he was late . His name is Alex . And he is nervous because he can't find the gift that he was going to give to his girlfriend on her birthday today . How adorable really!
I think the guy looks weirded out because I am looking into his eyes with my index and middle finger resting on my temple , reading his mind .
"Are you okay ?" He asks and I quickly shift to a normal position . "I just zoned out , bro . "
"Oh I do that alot . Some think I am a creep ...."
"Actually I read once that people who zone out are the smartest so ignore people!" I say trying to cheer him up. And he smiles ...yaayyy goal achieved .
"What's your name ?" He asks while organizing his notes .
"El-" I cough quickly then clear my throat . Stupid , I can't believe I forgot that I am supposed to be Kyle now .
"Kyle . Kyle Andrews ". I move my hand to shake his . "Alex Sanders "
Oh I already knew that anyway . I giggle then mentally slap myself for acting weirdly . I hope we can be friends ...but in that way , Alex will probably keep avoiding me .
"I remembered something funny . Want me to tell you ?"
He nods with a big smile . That guy has the cutest smile okay .
And I just realized that I have no idea what to tell him . Think of a funny thing Elena ...any joke or something from the enormous amount of movies you've watched! ...Oh I got it!
"It is a bad joke okay . What's large , grey and doesn't matter ?" I ask him .
"Huh , what is it ?" He asks , pretty confused .
"An irrelephant! ". I exclaim and he takes a while before getting it then he actually laughs . Good , I thought he'd think this is silly or something .
"Oh professor Xavier is here , talk to you after class , Kyle ." Alex says and sits politely with his notebook open , ready to write notes .
I look ahead and see the professor . He is pretty young actually ...I wonder what's his age I mean he looks like he is 22 or something . And his deep blue eyes are literally shining ...wow...so beautiful...
He takes a look to all of us and smiles then greets us and goes on with the biology lecture.....

What the heck am I doing here? I understand nothing! I am going to fail , what is he talking about ? God...my brother is a straight A student especially in science ...Can't believe I am going to make him get an F in biology . This is so detailed and it sounds interesting but I am lost ...and the way Professor Xavier explains is complicated with so many vocabulary that I have never even heard of .
Get yourself together and write some notes , Elena!
My inner voice reminds me and yes , I should at least write some notes or something or at least try to understand .
Maybe Alex can help me ? I don't know...but I don't think he'll mind . He is really nice . But I will just ruin Kyle's reputation to Alex if I tell him that I understand nothing . This is not good at all . I sigh , trying to figure out a way to be able to pass .
