Pokemon: Shahos Adventure!

Day Two: First Capture

"Today's the day my journey really starts. Shaho, today's the day you start this journey." I say to myself. "Today. Is. The. Day." I couldn't wrap it around my head as I looked in the mirror. "Shaho! Come down here!" My Mom called me downstairs. "Look, is that the same people that too-" someone busted through the door. It was Wind. "Come on let's go Shaho!" I just watched the TV... A tear started going down my face, I quickly turned. "Alright... Bye Mom." She came and hugged me, told me to be careful. "I love you Shaho." I couldn't say anything, I just nodded my head and walked out. Wind tugged at my arm, pulling me torwards Kyoto City, our first stop. "Wind, keep going I'll catch up." He turned, "Are you sure" I nodded and he ran torwards Route 1. I sat down and cleared my mind. Then headed for Route 1 myself. "Woah a Pidgey!" I pointed the Pokedex at it. It started talking, "Pidgey, the pigeon Pokemon, they normally come in groups of 3-5." I only saw one. I threw out my Charmander, " Charmander use Fire Blast!" He looked at me with a confused look. "Woah now, you need to know your Pokemons moves before you battle!" A man came from the side of the route. "Names Q! Pleasure to meet you!" I was scared. "H- Hey Q." He was tall, had a big brown bushy beard, jolly smile and big belly. Reminded me of a Summer Santa. "You don't have to be scared son! I'm just a harmless old man." I smiled as he continued, "You need to learn your Pokemons moves! Now if I remember right a Charmander knows Scratch and Growl when you first obtain one this young! Go ahead give it a try!" I nodded, "Charmander use Scratch!" Charmander scratched the Pidgey."One more time Char!" Charmander scratched the Pidgey one more time. "Now time to catch him!" I ran after it. The Pidgey pecked at me. "No no! You need PokeBalls to catch Pokemom! Let me tell you, here's two PokeBalls you can have for free! All you have to do is hold the button in the middle of the ball, and throw the ball at the Pidgey!" He handed me the PokeBalls. "Ok... Hm, let's give this a try!" I pressed the button, and threw the ball. It opened up and Pidgey went inside. One shake, Two shakes, three shakes, click. "Hooray! My first Pokemon that I caught!!!" He was smiling huge now, "Good job son! I best be off, good luck on your journey young man!" I smiled big. Two Pokemon now. Now off to the city. "Shaho!" Dream was standing by the sign for Kyoto City. "I think we should battle! I'll heal your Pokemon afterwards!" I smirked, "Give me all you've got! Go Charmander!" He smiled big, "Alright I will! Go Bulbasaur!" We battled scratch, tackle, scratch, tackle. Charmander feinted. "Haha I won!" Dream started dancing a victory dance. "Not quite yet! Go Pidgey! Use Peck!" And that's when Bulbasaur feinted. "Where did you get another Pokemon?" Dream looked really confused. "That's my secret. We should get some rest though!" Dream smiled, "I agree! I think there's a hotel in Kyoto. Let's go there!" I nodded, "Sure!" We went to the hotel, and stayed the night there.
