"Where is she?" I asked impatiently. Ari and Cedar went on the old trails, Tris went back, and Lorelai and I were near the road. "She's probably just hiding in the woods somewhere, she knows all the trails like the back of her hand!" Lorelai huffed as we continued towards the road. I searched the ground for footprints. "What're you doing?" Lorelai asked. "This isn't any different from deer tracking, she was barefoot and since she's a stick there's going to be light prints if any, almost like a fawn!" I stated. "Don't compare her to a deer, she's more like a cheetah except more timid!" Ari and Cedar finally caught up. I scoffed and kept following the trails. I looked down and there it was. "Guys! Get over here now!" I shouted. They shuffled over curiously. Lying on the ground was her bracelet, pocket knife and a note splattered in blood.
Don't be hasty, she's still alive. Safe, and far away from you! - A
