Day Three: First Gym

"Shaho, Shaho! Wake up! There's a crowd in the city! Let's go check it out." Dream was basically jumping on me. I got up and followed Dream down the stairs. "Where exactly are we going?" I managed to get out right before I yawned. "Just over here! See that crowd?" We walked torwards the crowd. "We will nurture and restore Pokemon to their natural ways!" The crowd cheered. "Let me see your Sentret young lad!" The boy looked confused, but still handed the man his Sentret. "This Sentret shall be nurtured! Back to full health! Then the Sentret shall be released into the wild!" The boy started to cry over losing his Sentret. "Hey! You can't do that!" Wind came out of nowhere it seemed like. "You can't take the boys Sentret! They have a bond!" The man looked, laughed, and walked away. "Sorry kid." Wind said softly. "But I'll get your Sentret back ok little buddy?" The boy smiled and hugged Wind. "That was pretty brave Wind." I said in a shocked voice. "I have my moments, besides the boy needs his buddy." We rambled on for a while until we got stuck on battling the Kyoto Gym. "Well? What are we waiting for? Let's go!" Dream took off. "Wait, I should probably know how to get there first. Do either of you know?" We both looked at Dream with a puzzled and blank stare. "I guess we'll just have to find it!" Wind rushed by. After what seemed like forever, we finally made it to the steps of the gym. "Well." I said shakily. "Let's go." The three of us walked in. "Hi how are you three? Ready for a battle? I'm Scott! Your gym battle tour guide! So what do you say? Wanna have me around for Angelo when you need it? "Yes please!" Yelled Dream. "Well all three of you can't battle Korb at once... Oh yeah, this gym leader is Korb, the leader of Ground types!" Wind rushed up. "Ground types huh? Well I've got a water type! Super effective!" Scott turned to Dream and I. "You two will not be allowed in the gym while another battle is in place!" He rushed us out. We waited and waited, heard lots of racket and noise until finally. "YES!! Guys I won my first Gym Battle! Look! It's the Gorge Badge!" Dream looked absolutely amazed. "I've gotta get me one!" He rushed in. About the same time it took Wind he came out excitedly, showed his badge, and then it was my turn. "Alright guys I'll be back after I win too!" I walked inside again. "Korb?" A figure emerged from the shadow. "Wow, three trainers in a row huh? Well show me what you've got!" I smirked and chose Pidgey. "Go Pidgey!" He yelled back. "Go Geodude!" The two Pokemon fought until Pidgey had feinted. Charmander was my last hope. I sent him out. "Charmander use scratch!" It didn't do much. "Ha. Is that all you've got? Rock Throw Geodude!" Charmander had almost died. I potioned him and he used scratch. The Geodude feinted. "You did it, you've beat the Kyoto Gym! Thanks for battling! Here's your badge!" It was the Gorge Badge, my first one. I ran outside. "I did it! I did it! I won too!" Dream smiled. "Congrats Shaho! I'm proud of you! Winds already at the hotel so let's go on there!" He took off running. I followed. "One more day that went by incredibly fast." Wind turned torwards Dream, I was almost asleep. "Are you ready for tomorrow?" I fell asleep but it just sounded like small talk.
