Life seemed to be in your favor. You were happy with the way things were going. You were going to find work soon and your parents were going to help you get on your feet in the real world. You were now that age.

But one thing about life is when everything is too good it has a stopping point. In this case you come home one day to find your parents killed. Killed by the hands of a dark guild named Flesh Wound. The symbol of skull with a knife in its eye and shuriken stabbed in the top part of the head. A guild that made their own rules. Robbed whoever they wanted, killed anyone they wanted, and pretty much a bunch of heartless, carefree thugs.

You were in Magnolia South Gate Park under the shade of the big tree. Knees tucked in with your arms wrapped around and head down.

Their gone. Mom, dad, and Suki are gone. Now it's just me. It's hard to not cry. I should have been there. I was minutes away from being killed. Going home and seeing that symbol on the kitchen wall while everyone laid their dead. I got enough money to have me get through a couple days. I have to find work soon. Otherwise I'll be more of a loser than I am now.

Meanwhile you see four ladies around your age walk to the park. Towards the shaded area you're in since it was about 95 degrees. It was Lucy, Erza, Juvia, and Levy you noticed them from Sorcerer Weekly.

"Hey is that who I think it is?" Asked Lucy.

"What do you mean?" Asked Erza.

"Let's go talk to him. He looks like lonely. He looks harmless after all." Said Levy.

So they walk up to you.

"I'm not in your spot am I?" You ask softly.

They sit beside you.

Erza smiled. "What's a guy like you doing sobbing under a tree?"

"Just kind of hiding I guess. And it's rather cool here in this heat." You reply.

"You okay? We're part of Fairy Tail we try to help people." Said Juvia.

For the first time in a few days you undercover your face and look over to all of them. You smile.

"I know. When I was home my sister Suki and I read Sorcerer Weekly. I know all of your names it's nice to meet all of you." You said happily.

"Wait Suki (Last)?" Asked Lucy.

"Ya I've been asked that a lot. Yes I'm (First) (Last) and if I didn't say hi to one person on the way back home I would have been killed by Flesh Wound. So yes I'm on my own. Yes I'm lucky to be alive. And yes I have no where to go. Just to clear that up quickly." You said with a large sigh. Back to your borderline feddle position.

"Then will you come with us?" Asked Levy.

You gasped. "Come where?" You asked surprised.

"The Fairy Tail Guild Hall which a place where we treat people like our own family. A place of great friends and many more welcomed." Stated Erza.

"So you going to lay there or you coming with us and having meal on us?" Winked Levy.

You smiled. "Wow. Umm kinda thrown off guard here. Sure thing. Lead the way."

-Small Time Skip-

Arriving through the guild doors was something you never seen before. Dozens of people eating, drinking, and having fun together. Something that hit you in the heart. No worries, no stress, and happiness in every square inch of this huge guild.

You sit down at a table. It's lunch time and joining you is the girls along with Natsu, Happy, Gray, and Makarav the master of the guild.

"So (Name)," started the master.

"I've heard much about you. Now as the headmaster of this guild I have many duties. Most importantly making sure people especially the youngsters have the ability to call a place a home, find work, and and be happy. So that being said, do you want to join Fairy Tail?" Speeched Makarav.

Jumping up in excitement and fighting the happy tears. "Ya I accept. Thank you master. And I hope to start work with the others soon."

"I got something coming up." Said Levy. "You can join me Jet and Droy."

"Sure thing. Where are we going? And how long we out there for?" You ask.

She laughs. "Well it's a half job half vacation sort of job. We are going to Hosenka Village the spa town. We got a nice one floor place to stay while nabbing these creeps that attack girls. Renigade wizards. It's pretty much molestation."

"No way. Not on my watch someone gets away with that. Jet and Droy good guys?" You ask nervously.

"Oh ya they are my best friends. Those two are something else. They fight all the time and I break it up but we all have fun together." She smirked.

"Alright I'm pretty much packed already I can help you if you want it." You say confidently.

"Well maybe you can help me with look though my room for a few books. It can take me a while." She said blushing.

Alright finding a book before we go to work. How hard can it be?

-To Levy's Room-

"Holy cow this is amazing." You stunned.

"Ya my room is my own library. I hope I'm not too nerdy for you." She giggled and turned slightly pink.

You frown. "Jealous actually. Never really got to learn about interesting stuff like you have. I didn't get to study too much. Had to work a lot."

She climbed on her ladder. She looks for a moment, grabs a book, and climbs down. She hands it to you.

"Here's a start. It's a love story. Good amount of feeling and has depth in vocabulary. It's a great thing to start with." She said.

You gaze. "I'll protect this with my life. I can only imagine what this means to you. I can't wait to dig into this. Now let's find these books and get to work."

She turns to you. "Thank you. Can you grab the one on the very top left corner? That's the hardest spot to get it. I think you got two inches on me. Pretty please." Said in a flirty tone.

You had a hard time reaching yourself. You used shadow magic to get a grip on the ladder and grabbed the very top left book. Title Loves Paradise. You give her the book and she blushes. You brush off any further thoughts.

After scrambling you stand outside the guild doors with your bag waiting for everyone else. Time goes by and only Levy comes out of the guild hall.

"Where the hell are those two?" You asked.

She sighed. "Both want to take some time off. I don't know about this."

You take her hand. "I'm a part of this guild now. My job is to protect its members. I will protect you with my life. That's my purpose."

She froze. Words couldn't come out of her mouth. "So you still want to work and kick the crap out of creeps?" You asked.

"Ya I will. By the way you hand is rough. But feels very nice." She looked down. You figure out that you're still holding her hand so you let go out of embarrassment. And with that it was time to walk down to the train to start the job.

Levy is a sweet character. Had ideas but it was rough getting it together so far. But I'm having fun with it and hope you all enjoy. Thanks everyone.
