Madalyn Vertes: Madalyn knows what she wants and she will do anything to get what she wants. She went to Harvard and succeeded in her dream of going to college and being a volleyball player. She is poor but has just enough money to get by alright. Shes always been a shy girl and isn't used to sticking up for herself. Her brother died in a car crash and ever since shes just been weak. The only person that helps her get by is Kayla. Her mother and father are always arguing and the barely spend time with her.
Ethan Black: Ethan has always been spoiled and rich. His dad doesn't focus on him, so he does bad things for attention. He only bully's Madalyn because shes a person that will crack under pressure and shes an easy target. He isn't to much trouble all he does is bully people and vandalize stuff and all that but he is pretty smart. He acts dumb just to keep up his reputation so he doesn't seem like a sore loser.
Kayla Cline: Kayla has always been the one to fight for what she believes in. Shes the one that doesn't know what to do with her life. She tries her best to stick up for Madalyn when ever she can. She loves going to parties and just ruining her life because she doesn't feel cared abut.
John Collins: John has always been the one to hide in the shadows of Ethan. Ethan and him are stepbrothers but they don't really like it. John is one of Madalyn's friends who helps her when he has the time. He went to Harvard with Madalyn and thats basically how they met, College. John has always known Kalya and has had a crush on her ever since 2nd grade.
Zoe Cash: Zoe is Ethan's ex girlfriend she's selfish but sweet on the inside. She only acts mean because she wants to fit in and be a popular person. She still likes Ethan but they broke up because she was caught making out with Jack. Zoe doesn't pick on Madalyn she picks on Kayla because Kalya's prettier than her.
Jack Fetcher: Jack has always been Ethan's side kick and always will be. They met in Kindergarten and have been friends ever since. Ethan forgave Jack for making out with Zoe because that was his only bestfriend. Jack picks on Madalyn, Kayla, and John. Jack has never cared about anyone or anything except his car.
