Alrighty, this one is one-shot(ish). I'd randomly had the craving to kinda do a different kind of yaoi, so I made the main character fall for this grotesque monster. Before you guys start thinking I'm a freak though, keep in mind that I did plan to turn the monster thingy human very quickly in the story. I ended really...randomly. So I'm sorry for the cliff-hanger. Note: This is YAOI, meaning BoyxBoy realtions.
He was a monster, of all things. He wanted to devour my soul and rip my skin off, or something like that...
But...
But something about him. About his disfigured, mutilated form...
It drew me in. I wanted to reach out. I wanted to touch his black leathery skin. I wanted to brush my lips against his own, if he even had any...I wanted my tongue to feel the sharp edges of his teeth...
Okay, okay, maybe I'm going a little overboard there, but seriously.
I want him. I need him, actually.
I guess he needed me too, in a way. Or at least, he needed to eat me. Otherwise I'm fairly sure he wouldn't be able to survive for long. That was how monsters were. They couldn't live on unless they had a constant supply of souls to harvest.
And my soul, apparently, was something special. Something worth waiting for.
At least to him.
“Daelyius?” I whispered, peering around my darkened room. It was like that for a reason, of course. I was hoping I'd get another glimpse of him. I needed to see him one more time before he...well, slaughtered me in my sleep.
“Yeeeeeeeeeessssssss chiiiiild?” I heard his rough, yet soothing voice say.
“Are you-uh, here?” I whispered, feeling dumb the instant I said it aloud. Of course he was here! He just fucking responded to me.
“Oooooof courssssssse.” He hissed, sending shivers down my spine. His voice was so...sexy.
“Can I see you?” I managed to squeak out, closing my eyes tightly as I waited for his response. Normally he'd tell me it wasn't time for me to see him. I'd only ever actually seen him once.
It was a couple years back, when I ended up accidentally selling my soul to the devil, so to speak. Except, I didn't sell my soul to the devil, I sold my soul to Daelyius.
It'd been shitty weather the whole week, and I'd gotten sick of it. On my way home from a lame ass party, I'd noticed police lights and figured I'd slow the car down and you know...Take a little peek.
They always said curiosity killed the cat.
Well, unfortunately, curiosity also made me see my parents' mangled up bodies on the side of the road, their car aflame.
I'd almost crashed my own car, just by seeing the sight of my parents. My now dead parents.
I sobbed the whole way home. Normally, when seeing their parents in a situation like that, a kid would pull over, get out, and do one of those dramatic cries for help as the collapse to the ground.
I wasn't one of those kids. What kind of psychopath do you have to be to want to stick around after seeing your parents like that? I mean, seriously? What else could I do? They were obviously dead.
Had I stopped the car to see them...I probably wouldn't have ever been able to get that god awful image out of my head. I still can't get the image to leave my mind, but slowly, ever so slowly, I'm progressing.
