"So anyway, we went to the carnival and even though it was kind of cold, it was actually really cute. I think she really likes me." Jimin smiled from ear to ear while walking to our science class.
"Well, duh. You asked her out and she said yes." Jungkook mocked while pushing Jimin lightly.
"Shut up, Jungkook!" Jimin pushed him even harder jokingly, which ended them having a little wrestling match while standing on the middle of the hallway.
"Remind me why I'm friends with such losers?" I laughed while walking ahead of them.
"Because you're a bigger loser than all of us?" Jungkook straightened up whilst furrowing his eyebrows.
"Yah! If anything, Jungkook, you're a bigger loser! No wonder why you're single." Jimin joked while ruffling the others hair. We always joke like this so its was all good fun.
Once Jimin talked about Jungkook being "single", I wondered how Jungkook and Nina were doing. I haven't been in the loop with all my friends lately since I've been pretty distracted.
"Fuck off." Jungkook laughed while catching up to me and putting his arm around me. I looked back and Jimin was also catching up but was texting happily on his phone. He was probably texting Aria.
"So, how's one of my favorite girls?" Jungkook tightened his arm on my head, putting me almost in a headlock.
"I'm okay. Just trying to get through this semester." I sighed while putting my head on his shoulder. I've been getting more stressed about school and I didn't know how to handle it.
"Oh, you'll do fine. You always do." He cooed while ruffling my hair in the process.
"I actually did my hair today, you ass!" I half whispered and half yelled, hitting his arm.
"Oh, for who? Does Mia Ahn have a little crush?" Jungkook mocked, smiling his bunny smile at the same time.
I rolled my eyes,"You know, girls can actually want to look good for themselves, right?" I side eyed him. He was low-key right, though. I actually did my hair and makeup just so Taehyung might notice me. But what I said to Jungkook was true, just not in my case.
"Mm, I do. Trust me." He hummed while rolling his eyes.
"Anyway," I said while we went inside our Science classroom. Once the tree of us sat at our table, I asked Jungkook, "How are you?" I look over at Jimin and he was still texting.
"I'm good, I guess." He shrugged while playing with his thumbs.
I lowered my voice and whispered,"How are you and Nina?"
That was when he broke out into a huge smile,"We really good, Mia. We went on a date this weekend and it was just perfect. She looked so beautiful and she was so nice. I feel like she's finally beginning to see that I love her, you know? I think I'm even ready to tell the group about her." He smiled, having a loving gaze held in his eyes. Just looking at him so in love made me so happy. Even though I disliked her attitude, I guess I had to put it in the past. She could've changed, you know? If she makes my best friend this happy, then I'm happy.
"Wow, when do you think you're gonna tell them?" I whispered, widening my eyes.
He giggled, "Probably tomorrow."
