After work at the studio I had 20 missed calls from my boyfriend Money. We were high school sweethearts but now he have changed a lot he is very disrespectful to me I wish i can have the old him back. I decided to call him back to see what he wanted.
"Why the fuck you haven't been answering your damn phone?!" He yelled into the phone
"Well hello to you too, and you need to chill on me babe because you know i was working gotdamnit" I replied
"I dont give a fuck if you were at work or not get your ass home right now" He said before hanging up
Stoping at the red light and picked up my phone to text my bestfriend Jahdiah to tell him what just happened between me and Money. I was still debating on if i should go home because i was really not in the mood to hear his bullshit. My phone started to ring and it was Jahdiah.
"Hello bestfriend? what in the hell is wrong with him?" Jahdiah said
"I really do not know man but do you think i should go home? or let him worry?" I replied
"Girl I dont know why you still with him Taylor? I get that you was onces upon a time you were in love with him, but he anit the same bestfriend" He replied
"Jahdiah you know he does take care of me and he said he's going to change" I replied
"Putting his hands on you is not changing nowhere near!" He yelled into the phone
It was silence before he spoke again
"ughh listen I'm just not for your relationship with Money. I love you bestfriend you know I just want the best for you"
"I love you too, and I know I'm going to leave him one day" I replied
"Girl I'm wishing that day is soon. But I have to get going love my boo on his way to come and pick me up" He replied
"Mhmm go bestfriend that's my besfriend that's my bestfriend!" I said laughed before the call ended.
I decided to go home to get this over with. Looking at the time it was going on 2:00am. Pulling up in the drive way I seen Money sitting on the porch with a bottle of Patron in his hand almost empty. I walked up to him and he gripped my arm tight I was frightened.
"Where the hell have you been?! you think I'm one of them stupid niggas on the street huh?!" He yelled at me pulling me into the house
"Babe what I do to upset you? I'm sorry!" I cried
"So you cheating on me now? Your never leaving me!" He said pushing me against the wall holding my face.
"I was at the studio babe I swear I was Please!" I cried
"Bitch shut up did I ask you to speak?!"
I nodded my head no
"That's what i thought" He said letting my face go
I went upstairs and went to the bedroom. I went to the mirror looking at my reflection. After a few seconds I ran to the closet grabbing my suitcase and stuffing my close in it. While getting my close in the suitcase I heard foot steps coming upstairs. I hurried up and ran to the door locking it I saw the handle start moving fast. After I was done packing my things I called Jahdiah waiting for him to answer.
"Hello" He answered
"Hello Jahdiah, come get me please" I whispered into the phone
"Girl why are you whispering?" He said laughing
"Because Money outside the door and I'm trying to leave I have my things packed already please come" I said still whispering
"Oh goodness, but I'm on my way bestfriend" He said before hanging up.
About 20 minutes later I heard knocking on the bedroom door.
"Taylor girl it's me let me in" Jahdiah whispered
I ran over to the door to unlock it, Hugging him.
"How you get in?" I asked
"The door is unlocked and he is passed out on the kitchen floor" He said laughing
After getting everything we got in the car and pulled off.
"Ugh that's the ending for me and him" I mumbled to myself
