Alynna

It wasn't long until Margaery entered my tent, confused that I was lying on the floor with a hair brush in hand. She called a hand maiden almost immediately, but once I assured her that I was fine she escorted me to her own tent. The tea already prepared on the table.

"So you just fainted?" She raised a brow as I took a sip from my cup, then silently cursing her bitter taste before adding enough sugar to take down a horse.

"Yes. It was rather...odd."

"I would say," she chuckled. "You still had your brush in hand. Looked like you had brush yourself so hard you lost consciousness."

I chuckled with her until her next words had me choking on the scalding tea; "So what did you dream about?"

"I-I'm sorry, your grace?"

"Oh," she waved her hand. "There's no need for formalities in here. We're friends.

"But old sayings say that when you faint it's because someone was thinking of you when they slept, trying to contact you. So I ask again, my friend; what did you dream about?"

I got up from my chair. Turning my back on her. This would be the perfect opportunity to gain her trust if she was silly enough to believe in those old sayings.

'Is she really? Alynna, it was real. It felt real.'

Dear dragon god. Let this be the right thing to do.

I turned back to face her; "There was a boy."

Her face lit up instantly. "Was it Loras?"

"Oh, n-no, you're--Marg."

"Then who of? Anyone I know?"

"Afraid not. I don't even know him."

"Well," Margaery put her cup down and held out her hand. I took it as she guided me to her bed to sit. "Best not to leave out any detail."

"He stared at me. And I at him. We stared for what seemed like an eternity, the rest of the world fading into the background. I asked for his name, but he kept going off topic; talking about the sky, or how fast Winter is coming. Once I gave up on asking his name, I asked him why he was here."

"What did he say?" Margaery leaned in closer to me wanting to know more of the golden crown boy that appeared in my dream. I still remember how real the dream felt. How his blonde hair wisped in the wind, and how glad he was to see me. How freaked out I was to see him.

"He told me...," I hesitated. I was Alynna Stormborn; Targareyn Princess, sister to The Dragon and Princess Daenerys. Talking to a Tyrell felt wrong. Talking to Renly Baratheon's wife felt even stranger. This was the very Queen I would help my siblings over throw when given the signal. And yet, the reality of the dream was too severe for me not to get it off my chest.

"He told me he wanted to meet the person who would save him."

I looked at Margaery. Her face was hard to read but eher eyes screamed what she was thinking; 'Don't let Alynna out of your sight'. "Well," she placed one of her false smiles. "Isn't that all dramatic."

"Yes, I suppose it is."

AN: so sorry for such a long wait. School is hard and I've seen to lost muse for this but trust me I'm not going to give up! If you all have suggestions for anything feel free to message me. I know the basics of what I want to do but I'd think it'd be fun to have those active have some bit in it too. Till next time!
