"Okay students, leave your pictures on the desk to be graded, you will get them back as well as your grade, on Friday. You are dismissed."
Jesse walked to his locker, only to find an unexpected note, written by his teacher, Mr.Alan. Come to my room after fourth period, I'd like to talk to you, the note read. Shoot! What did I do during class? Ugh, it's bad enough he's always creeping around the classroom, now he hates me! But I was never talking, he thought. I just hope I'm not in too much trou-
"Hey Jesse!" Ethan grinned at him.
"Hey," Jesse responded.
"What's wrong?"
"Oh, it's nothing."
"It's clearly something," Ethan rose his tone.
"I got a note from Mr.Alan for me to meet him after fourth period."
"Oh, that stinks, wanna walk to lunch together?"
"Okay, that sounds good, actually."***
"Ah, thank you for coming Jesse." Mr.Alan greeted him.
"No s-sweat," Jesse stuttered.
"You're photos recently have been, well, really inspiring, so to say. Is it okay if I show a couple of people your photos? I promise to give all the credit to you, I'd just really like to show it off, so I wanted to make sure it was okay with you."
"Oh, yeah. That's fine. Heh, I thought I was in trouble or something." Jesse's nervous laugh brushed over him.
"Yeah... Sorry about that. I just didn't want anyone to be jealous of your work or anything, or think I choose favorites."
Jesse nodded.
"Okay, you're done. Thank you for coming." Mr. Alan smirked.
Jesse awkwardly scurried out of the room to his lock r and let out a sigh of relief.
He felt a sudden push on his back and his face on the side of the locker. Footsteps sounded behind him and scattered laughing went off. Jesse turned and saw a group of kids making a camera with their fingers and exploded with laughter.
Ethan walked between Jesse and the group of laughing baboons with his head down. He peeked his head up to look at Jesse, and ran off.
The chimpanzees left, possibly to see where Ethan was going, and Jesse went to the bathroom and looked in the mirror. He had red markings on his left cheek and he had a bloody nose, and the blood was starting to dry as it trickled towards his lip. He took a paper towel and wiped off the Crimson blood of his face.
Jesse left the restroom to get his lunch out of his locker, and walked to a bench with his hand on his nose. He saw Ethan sitting at a table in the center of the patio, he glanced over at him confused at what happened. He made a jester saying Are you okay? Jesse shook his head, as if he was saying Don't worry about it.A/N
