Chapter 18

*NEW YEARS EVE

MELANIE'S POV: "Oh my god, how long does she take?" I asked in a whisper to Lexi. Lexi and I were ready for the New Years party half an hour ago and Sapphire is still getting ready. "She still has to do her hair." Lexi said. I growled in frustration, I never been around girly girls that have to spend hours doing the makeup and hair until now. Lexi and I are in ripped jeans and our Nirvana hoodies while Sapphire is in a dress, she is going to get cold. "We can't escape because the boys are already there setting it all up, so we have to wait." Lexi said in frustration. The boys decided to hire out a huge hall for a New Years party and they have invited heaps of people. "I'm not going to know anyone at the party besides the boys." I said with a sigh. "Join the club, neither do I." Lexi said with a smile. "Nope this dress isn't the one, have to change again." Sapphire said. We both rolled our eyes, by the time she is ready we will have already missed New Years. "You should wear jeans girl, you are going to freeze." Lexi said to Sapphire. "It's a party I have to be in a dress." Sapphire whined. "She will never learn." Lexi said quiet enough for only me to hear, i just laughed a little. I felt my phone vibrate in my pocket and I pulled it out and Thomas texts me saying, Let me guess Sapphire is holding you two up? x. I showed Lexi the text and then replied with Yes come save me!! xo. I growled again as i grew impatience. "I'm ready!" Sapphire cheered. "Finally." Both Lexi and I said. We all hopped into my car and drove off quickly so we are not late, or more late than we already are!

LEXI'S POV: Melanie pulled up outside a nice hall, Sapphire quickly got out and disappeared inside obviously doesn't want to walk in with us. We both got out and grabbed our alcohol, we decided to share a straight bottle of apple vodka and we brought lemonade to go with it. "The boys said we can put our alcohol in the fridge, only us and the guys can." I said. Alcohol is always better cold! We walked in and the hall was already packed with a few people. "Lets find the kitchen then the boys." I said grabbing Melanie's hand so I wouldn't lose her in the people. We found the kitchen and Thomas and Colton were sorting out alcohol. "Look at it all." Colton said stunned. "Why did you guys buy so much?" I asked in shock considering the fridge was filled just for us and the boys! "It's New Years time to get really fucked up." Thomas said. "Alright, where's Anthony?" I asked. "He's around here somewhere." Colton said. "Alright." I replied. I filled a glass of apple vodka and lemonade and I walked out the kitchen and found him talking to some young guy. "Hey babe." I said as I approached. "Hey hun, I want you to meet Toby, Toby this is Lexi." Anthony said as he put his around me. "So this is Lexi, Anthony doesn't shut up about you." He said as he pulled out his hand for me to shake which I did. 

ANTHONY'S POV: I wanted to introduce Lexi to my friends because heaps of people have wanted to meet her since the day I met her so it's good to put a face to a name and also so she could feel like she has more friends beside the boys and Melanie, I know she doesn't really like Sapphire. "Anthony!" I heard someone cheer. I turned around to see my best friend Kendall, i gave her a hug. "Hey Kendall, this is Lexi." I said to her. "Hey hun." She said to Lexi. "Hello." Lexi said politely with a smile. "You're gorgeous! No wander Anthony snatch you up." Kendall said. I just giggled and so did Lexi. "Thank you Kendall." Lexi said. "Oh well, hope you have a good night." I said to Kendall. "Will do!" She replied before walking off. "We need another drink." Lexi said looking at her empty cup. "Okay." I replied as we walked off in the direction of the kitchen. She poured herself a apple vodka and lemonade drink and I did the same. "You guys brought heaps of alcohol." She said. "We will drink it no worries!" I said with a smirk. "Don't get to carried away!" She said stern. "Yes baby." I replied as I gave her a kiss. "PDA." Joey said. "Look in the other direction then." I said as I kissed Lexi all over her face, she just giggled. "Help guys Eric is in a fight!" Sapphire said as she ran into the kitchen. I quickly followed her through the crowd and everyone was circled around Eric fighting with some unknown guy. "Eric get off him." I said ripping him off. "You can leave now." Joey said to the unknown dude. "This ain't over." The unknown dude said to Eric. "It will be when I break your teeth." Eric said trying to get out of my grip. "Just forget it, he ain't worth ruining your night over." I said. "He was grabbing my girlfriend." Eric said through gritted teeth. "He's gone now." I said letting go of Eric. 

COLTON'S POV: Tonight I planned on get mortalled, off my face, completely drunk! The halls has a big room with beds for the boys, Mel, Sapphire,  Lexi and I to stay in. "Oi Colton you stranger." I turned around to see my friend Kelly. "Kelly!" I cheered as i gave her a big hug. "How are you?" She asked. "I'm alright. How about you?" I asked smiling. "Good still with Kyle, we are engaged." She said flaunting her ring at me. "Congratulations, i'm so happy for you." I cheered. "Thank you, he's around here somewhere I lost him going to the bathroom." She said. I laughed, "lets find him then." I replied. "Who the girl wrapped around Anthony's shoulder?" She asked. "Her names Lexi, she's cool." I replied. "She's gorgeous." She replied looking over at her. I quickly look at her and replied, "yeah she is." 

ERIC'S POV: "Thanks for getting the jerk off me baby." Sapphire said. "All goods baby just wish he could of lost some teeth." I said trying to control my anger. "Babe, don't let him ruin our night now let's go dance." She cheered pulling me out to where others were dancing. 

MELANIE'S POV: "I swear the boys know the whole of L.A, look how many people are here!" I said stunned to Lexi when I found her. "It's crazy." She replied just as stunned as I was. "We should get another drink." I said pulling her off towards the kitchen once we got there we interrupted Joey kissing a girl. "Oops awkward." I said with a little laugh. "So Joey introduce us?" Lexi asked trying to hold back her laughter. An blushed, embarrassing looking Joey choked out "oh yeah Tatiana this is Lexi and Melanie, Lexi is Anthony's girl and Melanie is Thomas's."  I said "hello."  and smiled. "And is Tatiana your girl?" Lexi asked with a smirk obviously trying to pull Joey's girl. "Soon to be." He said smirking. "Well we will grabbed our drinks and leave you to it." I said giggling a little as we poured some vodka.  "Well hurry up and find your boys because it's 5 minutes till 12." Joey said. "Shit." Both Lexi and I said as we rushed out the door. 

ANTHONY'S POV: "Where's Lexi?"  I asked myself as i looked around. I quickly noticed the time, fuck I better find her quickly. I bumped into Kendall again, "have you seen Lexi?" I asked in a hurry. "Last i saw her was heading to kitchen." I quickly headed off to the kitchen and she wasn't there fuck, 3 minutes to go. Will I find her on time? 

THOMAS'S POV: "There you are babe." I said hugging Melanie. "Yay i found you in enough time." She cheered. 

LEXI'S POV: I walked in circles trying to find Anthony and bumped into Colton. "We need to find Anthony in less then a minute!" I yelled. He grabbed my hand and we rushed around trying to find him, oh no god please let me find him in time! "10, 9" HOLY CRAP THE COUNTDOWN. "ANTHONY" i yelled even though it wasn't heard over the music.  "7-6." 

 OMFG where is he? We looked outside he not here, omg. 

ANTHONY'S POV: This can't be happening! Where the fuck is she?! I've been around the hall at least 20 times. "5-4."  Oh god i'm not going to find her. 

LEXI'S POV: "3-2." OH FUCKING NO! "Lexi no one can go without a New Years kiss." Colton said. "What do you mea-." But i was cut off by Colton kissing me just in time. "1- HAPPY NEW YEAR."
