"Let's play girly." The three men I was sold to said. I smiled at them gleefully. "Gladly, but I'm competitive!" I said and grabbed a brown object that was near me. Sharp enough to my liking so I played with them men finding them dead in less than ten minutes. I sat in their blood with a sigh. "I only wanted to play." I mumbled resting my head in my hands looking at my torn dress. The sound of heavy footsteps alerted me to another's presence."Have you come to–" I saw an object fly past my face and stick into the ground behind me. I had my hands clasped together hopefully. I looked in the direction of the object seeing a fancy dressed man along with a taller one beside him. "Peasant." He muttered. I leaped up and the shorter one noticed the blood.
"Have you come to play? I need someone who can match me!" I begged. The boy arched his eyebrow, the taller one smiled. "What game are you speaking of?" I giggled and pointed to the men below me. "Playing dead of course! No one can match me!" I said talking to a noble and his butler I assumed. I was thirteen and really wanting to play with someone who could at least match my skills a tiny bit.
The men both gave me an odd look before the shorter one spoke. "What's your name?" He asked me. I sat down again in the blood finding its cooling presence comforting. I thought hard for a moment before a name came up. "My last name is (L/n). That's all I know!" I said. "What's your name, mister?" I asked. Shorty tugged at his butler and whispered something before the butler nodded. "I am Ciel Phantomhive, of the Phantomhive estate." He said. I saw the butler move.
"Hey, you going to play or what?" I asked getting the brown thing. The butler laughed, and advanced on me. I backed up to a tree as he got a few inches from my face. "That, milady is a stick." He said before taking it and breaking it. "Are you going to kill me?" I asked suddenly fearful. The butler smiled and fastened his gloves. "Young master you may want to step back for this, it might get messy." He said. I growled. "You'd like to play?" I asked.
"Sebastian wait." Ciel said. I growled and crossed my arms. "(L/n), if you don't have a first name I'll give you one, but you'll work for me."
"Can I play there?"
"If it involves toys yes, but when you want to play dead I'll tell you when you may."
"What will I do there then?"
"Work as a maid. You must call me master." I snickered and nodded. "Yessir."
"I think the name (Y/n) suits you." I smiled widely before hugging him tightly."W-what in the– get off me (Y/n)!" Ciel squirmed under my grip. "You'll get me dirty from all that blood!" He growled. I let go and smiled at him. "Thank you!" The I was lifted into the air by Sebastian. I squeaked and began kicking. Sebastian sighed and looked at me. "You're making this so much harder than it needs to be."
"(Y/n)! Calm down!" Ciel barked. I stiffened and decided to sleep, it's been a while since I've done that. I relaxed and let this boy and his butler take me to.. Wherever they needed to be. I closed my eyes and heard the young boy snicker.
"The child's tired, time for a nap."
