Prologue

10 000 years ago…

The sun shone one the glimmer castle that stood tall over the woods surrounding it. Music and laughter filtering through its grand halls as all kinds of mystical creatures were throwing a great celebration. It had been a mere few days since the defeat of the great leviathan in the human world and peace had returned to their own home. The sickness was gone and those that had been lost were mourned. And now there was once again peace and joy amongst the inhabitants of this world…

Well maybe not for everyone…

The creatures were singing and dancing in the castle, their laughter and song filled the air until a burst of shadows erupts in the centre of the room, the monsters eyes widen as they backed away from the darkness as it dissipates, standing there in a long black dress with lace sleeves, a slit in the skirt that ran from the top of her thigh to her feet which were covered in knee high spiked leather boots, her hair done up in an intricate bun, her lips blood red, her eyelids covered in black ash and in her hand was a scythe made of blackened bones and a skull was Rozu.

She glares at the others surrounding her, a sneer on her face that evolved into a smirk, “Boo.” The creatures screamed and started to flee from the room as the red head rolled her eyes. She sometimes found it amusing how those who didn’t know her were terrified of her…other times it was annoying, like now for instance.

The ceiling is engulfed in a bright light, a figure descends from it, her white wings moving gracefully, a long flowing white dress covered her form, the strapped sleeves hanging off her shoulders, her feet bare and golden bands wrapped around her wrists and upper arms, her golden hair is tied in a long beautiful braid decorated with flowers, a smile on her face, of course it was none other than Clarity, “At ease friends. She’s here as a guest.” She sends a wave of calming energy over the creatures, putting them at ease as she lands on the floor in front of her sister.

She waves her hand and the musical instruments that were in the room rises in the air starts playing again, the monsters starting to dance and sing again. Rozu shakes her head, “Seriously? And people call me a manipulator.” Clarity smiles softly, “It’s not manipulation; it’s a way of calming them down. Especially after that entrance you made dear sister.” She hugs the red head tightly; Rozu frowned and shoved the blondie away, “How many times have I told you to not do that?” she heads down one of the hallways, wanting to get away from all the cheer and music.
