On a cool Spring day a baby blue jay named Blue had hatched. "Hello, anyone there?" asked Blue. The other blue jays made fun of him. "You call those wings? Ours are wings. You should be a Parakeet." The bullies laughed and teased.
Blue burst out in tears saying, "Stop making fun of me."
"Somebody's a loser, and needs to scram into a kitty cat's mouth." the bullies teased.
A little girl, only nine-years-old, was waiting for Blue. "Tessa, where are you?" asked her dad, Wayne. Tessa replied, "I'm outside, waiting for a blue jay named Blue." Her dad laughed, "Heh, good luck with that."
Blue saw Tessa, and it was home at first sight. "Hello. What's your name?" asked Blue.
"Hi, I am Tessa. How are you?" Tessa replied.
Blue answered, "I'm Blue."
