It was never planned. All I was going to do, was go to the concert and have fun. I didn't think I would run into him there. I mean, I have always had a crush on him, but never like this. But all I know, is that I'm Free Falling for him.
Warning: There will be a huge plot twist/event that will change everything that is going on in this book. So sit tight and be ready.
Makenna's POV:
I wake up and look to my side. Gus isn't in bed and he isn't in my room. I hear laughing and yelling from the beach and I figure that he went down there. I crawl out of bed and look down at the beach. I see Rocky running across the beach towards the water. Gus is helping Riker make breakfast on the patio. Rydel, Savannah, and Courtney are laying on beach towels trying to tan. I don't see Ryland, Gordy, Gil, or Gator. They must still be sleeping.
I walk over to my closest and I look for something to wear. I really don't wont to swim this early in the morning, so I look for something light and cute. Something that would turn heads of the boys and make the girls giggle and compliment me. I finally find what I want to wear and I laugh at the fact that I am so childish. I grab my jean shorts from one hanger and then a blue lose tank top from another. My blue tank top is a tank that has Dori, from my favorite kid films Finding Nemo and it says "I speak whale." I decide that it is time to change my phone case, so I change it to a Starbucks' coffee cup. I look at the bottom of my closet and I am tempted to wear my tennis shoes, but I decide against it because I really don't want to get sand in my shoes. I search for my sandals before I realize that they are by the door, where I ended up leaving them last night. I grab them and bring them over to my bed.

change fairly quickly before I check the time on my phone. 11:45. No wonder everyone is already outside- I slept in. I pull off my I woke up this way phone case and I switch it for my Starbucks coffee phone case. I pull my sandals on before I open the door. I walk outside, earning a glance from Gordy as he returns to his room. I smile at him as I head downstairs. He smiles back for a slight moment, but he quickly makes his way to his room.
Something is up. I'm not sure what it was, but it doesn't matter. My guess Gus has told everyone that he may have a possible shot at winning me back, and maybe Gordy isn't happy about that. I told Gus that I needed time to think, and it was going to take time.
"Looking good, Kenna." Rydel says as I step out onto the patio.
"Thanks Delly. Not too bad yourself," I say joining the girls.
Gordy's POV:
"I'm so stupid," I say to myself out loud not noticing my brothers in the room.
"Why do you say that Gordy?" Gil asks.
I jump at the sound of his voice. I see that him and Gator are sitting next to each other on his bed.
I shake my head, "Makenna might take Gus back."
"What?! He hurt her!" Gator yells as he stands up on the bed.
