Gun vs. Sword. Seems unfair, right? Wrong. Well at least for me it's wrong. I had been training with swords sense I was about 8. My dad wanted my brother and I to be able to protect ourselves. My brother had chosen karate and I had chosen swordplay.

When the man who Artemis called Butler took out a gun, I grinned. This would be easy.

"Hang on. Let me think for a moment." I said. I paced around the room for a moment. When I got back to where I was standing, I nodded. This would be easy.

"I think that Butler will have some trouble." I smirked at Artemis. His eyebrow's scrunched together.

"And why is that? Do you think you can beat him with a sword?" He chuckled. "Butler, don't harm her to much. If you have to, just graze her. The arm would be best. Or did you bring your dart gun?" He asked. The man nodded and put away the gun he had in his hand, pulling a smaller one from his back.

He pointed it as me and smiled.

"I really don't want to do this. I don't like shooting girls. Or women for that matter. It is not as fun as one on one combat." He said. I noted his accent and stored it in my mind. I might need to know what he sounded like.

I just stood there, waiting, until he was done talking. I pulled my sword into a defense position. He smiled and I waited more. Something I had learned in class, never make the first move. He raised the gun to his eye and fired.

I easily jumped back and through a door. I was in my parent's room. Most people didn't know how to do half the things I did. I had even taught myself echolocation. It was pitch black in every room except the living room, where Artemis and Syd where.

I clicked my tongue softly and saw Butler standing at the door, waiting. I crept closer to him and within a second, made a small cut on his cheek. He gasped and turned towards me. I jumped to the other side of the bed as he charged to where I was standing.

I went in front on the door. "Looking for me?" I giggled. He turned towards me.

"How? What?" He stuttered. I laughed.

"I know echolocation, big guy! I know a lot of things. You'll just have to stay tuned." With that, I ran from there to my room. I ducked under my desk and sat there. Butler's large frame blocked the door. He slowly made his was in. As he passed the desk, I made another small cut on his ankle.

He gasped as I ran to the door again. "You little-" He growled, being cut off by Artemis.

"Butler! Will you hurry up?! We have matter's to attend!" He yelled from the living room. I used the distraction to run into my brother's room. I stuffed myself into his closet and positioned myself in front of the barely-opened sliding door.

Butler growled at the door. "I'm not going in there! I have all night, Artemis can wait!" I giggled softly. His head snapped to where I was hiding. I slid my sword into it's sheath. I grabbed one of the daggers I had also grabbed. He stalked to the door and slid it open. staying out of my reach.

He then went the door again and turned on the lights. My eyes adjusted quickly, but not quick enough. I blinked repeatedly. I felt an arm grab my waist and I was hulled on his shoulder. Big mistake.

I used the dagger in my hand to make a cut in his back. Ouch, that had to hurt, even if it wasn't deep. He gasped and dropped me onto the kitchen floor. I made a dash for the basement door. I booked down stairs, taking 3 at a time. I looked around and decided to hide under the stairs.

Butler came running down the stairs, looking for me. When he had his back turned to me, I snuck upstairs and into the living room. Artemis looked at me and opened his mouth to yell. I pointed my dagger at his throat.

"If you call for him, I will cut your throat right here." I growled. He could see the seriousness in my eyes and nodded numbly. I grabbed my sword and put that up and I threw the dragged on the floor near Syd's feet. I went behind Artemis and grabbed is arm.

"Syd, can you cut the cuffs?" I asked. She shook her head. I sighed. "Well, we'll get them off later. Let's go." I told her. She got up and followed Artemis and me to the door. I opened the door while keeping my sword next to the Irish teen. I shoved him out the door.

I got to the car with Syd following me, as well as Artemis. "Keys." I ordered.

"In the ignition." Artemis whispered. I shoved him in the back seat and motioned Syd to get in too.

"I want you to unlock them. If you don't, you can guess what I'll do." I growled at him. He nodded and I closed the door. I slid into the driver seat and started the car. Butler appeared at the door. He stared to run towards the car. I hit the gas and sped off into the night, knowing just where to go.

My destination would be the storage units. What better place to interrogate someone?
