Jake roamed the empty hallways of Aarons’ house, the house felt empty and dark yet it reeked of death. He went to Morgan’s room, He had longed to see his love but when he entered no one was there. The only way you could you could tell someone had been there was papers thrown around and the dresser was wide open.
‘Aaron? Morgan? Ginny?’ Jake cried out, Only the echo of his own voice greeted him. He ran down to Aaron’s office, The place he regretted going. When he reached the door the smell of death was strong, As if a murder had occurred.
‘I killed her Jake.’ Aaron’s gruff voice said, ‘I killed them all.’ He continued, His eyes were full of fury ‘And now you know too much’ He grinned as he aimed for Jakes neck, Before Jake could run away Aarons strong hand was around his neck cutting off all flow of air.
‘I could snap your neck right now’ He said with anger ‘Just like what I did to Morgan and Ginny’ He said as he held onto Jakes neck, His vision was getting blurry and black spots were everywhere.
‘And I will’ Aaron violently screamed to Jake, Jakes screams filled the office only to be cut off by the snap of his neck, Aaron carried his limp body out to the dumpster where he had been storing them.
‘Now.. It is time for Victoria to die’ Aaron whispered.
Victoria carried the luggage into the car, Evanz’s brothers were finally leaving, They had only stayed about a week but now they were leaving. Victoria took the long way back into the factory, Taking in the sad garden that hadn’t been tended to in weeks. The roses that once were beautiful were withered and dead, Victoria was snapped out of her thoughts by a blood curdling scream from Josh. She quickly ran back into the house only to see the bright red blood covering the walls.
‘Will? Josh!?’ She screamed, She frantically looked around the house looking in all the rooms. ‘Molly? Josef? Dan?’ She continued to scream, He voice was full of worry and sadness. She ran up the stairs to Joshes office, Even though the door wasn’t opened she could smell the gruesome bloody smell.
She ran to the door and shoved it open, She choked on her own bile as she saw Josh and Molly and Will on the office floor dead, The carpet that was once a pure white was a bloody red.
‘W-will?’ She was choking on a sob, She fell to her knees and grabbed his lifeless body and crawled over to her little sisters body, She grabbed her cold hand
‘Wake up! Please wake up’ She cried and shook their bodies, Everyone she had loved were now dead.
‘Victoria’ A sinister voice called out, She knew this voice like the back of her hand, She slowly got up and went to the door way of the office.
‘Aaron..’ She called out ‘You didn’t have to do this’ she called out.
‘Oh but I did.’ He said ‘And now it’s your turn’, Before she could react Aaron was on top of her slamming her head against the floor , Her vision was blurred and full of red. He grabbed her neck and started squeezing the life out of her; she started gasping for air causing her to choke.
‘Let… Go’ Victoria wheezed out, Aaron roughly grabbed her face.
‘No can do sweetie’ He said angrily he reached into his back pocket and pulled out a knife, He brought it down to her neck and slowly cut it open. Satisfied he smiled at his work; He wiped his blood covered hands off and left the building, He had won.
Victoria woke up and looked around the white room, Where was she? How was she not dead? Questions flooded her mind, She slowly sat up to see Evanz and Will and Josh all looking at her; She gasped out of shock.
‘I..I, What happened?’ She said weakly, Josh held out a glass of water and she greedily drank from it.
‘You were in a coma’ Evanz said ‘You got sick and fell into one’ He continued on ‘I thought you were a goner’ He said his voice full of guilt.
She didn’t know what to say, She said the first thing that came to her mind
‘Where is Aaron?’ She said full of worry, She looked around the room starring at Josh his eyes went from bright and happy to sadness and regret.
‘We went out drinking one night and he said he was save to drive home’ Josh said choking on his tears ‘He died that night, He got into a crash’ He said playing with the hospital blanket. ‘I wish you could of said goodbye, But he lives on in our hearts’ Josh mumbled the last part.
Victoria laid back down and closed her eyes, Trying to take in the fact that none of that had happened. That it was all just a terrible dream.
