I got in my car and drove to the school my wife works at with Monte Porter. Monte is the principal and Lena is the Vice Principal. I'm not too fond of Monte.
She kissed my wife. On the lips. She then broke up with my friend because she 'was in love with my wife'. Do you get why I'm not fond of her? Yeah.
When I got to Anchor Beach, I parked my car and walked into the building. As soon as I got into the office, Monte saw me. She came up and said hello.
"Hello, Stef. I wasn't expecting you to come here today. I figured you would be taking care of Lena and Jude?" She said confused.
"Yes, well, Monte, they are all asleep. All of my children and my wife," I said, "so I figured I would come to ask you what was going on." I looked at her facial expression. It changed immediately from confused to even more confused.
"I'm not sure I understand what you mean, Stef. There is obviously a deeper meaning that I am missing."
"Why did you pay for the hospital bills, Monte?" I asked putting my finger and thumb on my eyebrow while closing my eyes and taking a deep breath. I then looked back at her and put my hand in my back pocket along with my other one like I do when I'm somewhat frustrated or confused.
"Uhm... Please come into my office to talk..." She trailed off while looking around the room. She then turned around and took off to her office.
