Sarnara

There she was. She was beutiful. She had a magical shade of purple on her scales and aqua colored eyes. She smiled, as she always did when she saw me. I climbed onto her back in one swift motion. It reminded me of the first time I met Sarnara. I stumbled across her prison in the middle of the woods in New York somewhere after I attacked it and destroyed the city. I broke her out. She was my get away and I was hers. She had been caught by dragon hunters, who needed them for either the US army or because they were mad scientists trying to get famous and needed proof that dragons existed.

My thoughts of our first encounter were interupted by the beating for her gracefull wings. We flew over the cities and beaches. The city light glowed like a million lit lanterns, but in reality were just humans workig late at the office or out late with their friends. The beaches' sand was dark with the exception of where the moon hit it. Where the moon hit the sand, it was a yellowish gold. The sparkling waves crashed down, but from our height, we only heard a distant crash. The flight from where I had met Sarnara and Mandeene's palace was about five hours in human time. It was five seconds my time, so I didn't realy consider it a long trip. Sarnara has the same time as me, so it was a short trip to her ,too. I didn't like to consider Mandeene's palace a palace because of the way it looked. It looked more like a government building I'd seen in New York before I destroyed it. I was gray, thin, and tall. There were a lot of windows that all lined each floor in a perfectly straight line with no window out of place. There were borring bushes that lined the front of it and a tree in the yard, but those was the only forms of nature anywhere around the building.  Then I saw it, Mandeene's government-looking building. Boring as usual. It had been two years since I was last there, but not a thing had changed. It was covered in security, but I knew how to get by them, since I'd done it a million times before.

We landed in the woods next to Mandeene's building. It was around eight in the morning now the the sun was up, which didn't exactly help me. "Stay here. I'll be back in a minut." I wispered to Sarnara before jumping off her back and  setting off through the woods toward the huge buildind that towered over the rest of the trees. I ran untill I saw the door that I had snuck trough so many times before. Then I turned and ran out of the woods, unnoticed. In front of me was the back of Mandeede's building. I flattened myself to the ground and slid accross untill I was right below the guards. In one smoth motion I swung my feet, sweeping the guards off their feet. I got up and ran inside.

The room I entered looked like an office. The walls were a dark brown. There were two bookshelves filled with brown, boring looking books. Mandeene was sitting at a big wooden desk that looked about 100 years old. "Ah, you made it. Alive. Do you have it?" Mandeene's voice was high pitched  and girly, but still had a hint that he was a guy. Out of the corner of my eye, I saw a bunny hop out of sight. Hopper. That was his code name. I can't say what his real name is because when he's not a bunny, he's a human and a spy.

"I have it," I replied, looking down.

   "Good."

I gave him the ring. He looked at it and smiled and said "I'll tell you the plan later." Then, we did our evil laugh.

   Ha,ha.

   Ha, ha!

   Ha,Ha!

   Ha,Ha!

   HA,HA!

   HA!HA!

Back at Queen Snickea's palace, she was just finding out what I did.

"She did what! I trusted her!" the Queen screamed.

"I ...I... I... I... I... saw her ma'am" MeiMei, Queen Snickea's shy elf servant, stumbled. They were in the breakfast hall where Queen Snickea had her breakfast. She had just sat down in her oversized chair when MeiMei  came running up to her out of breath and panicky. She told the whole story of how she saw Carly sneaking out through her garden through stammers.

"We have to go stop her! Come on!" Queen Snickea pulled MeiMei by the colar and dragged her out of the room to her carriage.
