Yn POV
My parents enrolled me into DWMA after they heard about the recent Kishin revival, just a week or two back. Today is my first day. I can't wait. I will be meeting a few EAT Class students. Some say that they can kill anything! I'll do anything to be like them! Who is the strongest? What are their views on the world? Will I get with one? Hopefully.
"Um- do you know the way to this classroom?" I stopped and asked a blonde girl with pigtails. I pointed to a room on a sheet that I had.
"Two lefts and a right," she told me.
     "Thanks," I said.
"By the way, my name is Maka. Feel free to come to me and ask me any questions," he said.
"Yes, I will," I started off.
She is really pretty. I wonder what other students are here.Oh crap, I forgot to tell her my name. Damnit.
"I assume that you all are new NOT's, correct?" A teacher asked. We all nodded. "My name is Sid Barrett, just call me Sid."
"And I am Naigus," a woman said, covered from head to toe in bandages.
I raised my hand. "May I be excused?" I asked.
"You may go, be back soon," Sid looked down at his papers.
I quickly lept out of my seat and ran out of the door. Maka, Maka, where is she? I saw her where she was last, in the entrance, welcoming newcomers like me.
      "Maka," I said.
"Oh it's you again," she said cheerfully.
"I forgot to ask you a few things," I told her. "Um- my name is Yn Ln. I like you're name, Maka. It's beautiful, like you."
She blushed. "Thank you, Yn," she replied.
I rubbed the back of my neck. "No problem- uh hey, do you want to come to
Death Bucks after school? We'll meet here."
"I'd love too, I'll pay," she said walking off.
You don't have to pay... Wait- yes she does. I'm broke as fuck.
DWMA ENTRANCE
"Maka!" I yelled. "Can we go now?" I asked.
      "Of course," Maka said.
We walked down the stairs of the DWMA. It was almost an awkward silence. "Yn," she said. "How do you like the DWMA so far?" She asked.
"It's awesome," I lied. "I have no friends yet."
"Who am I then?" She sarcastically said.
"We're friends? I thought that you were doing this out of pity," I said.
"Everyone at the DWMA is my friend, silly," she said.
We arrived at Death Bucks Caffè, we sat down at a table near a window.
"What would you like?" A waitress asked us, placing a menu on the table.
      "Green tea,"
"I'll have the same as him,"
When we got the tea, I tasted it. "Holy-" it was so good, I almost cursed. I didn't want to curse around a girl. "This is delicious!"
"I know, right? It's my favorite on the menu," she commented.
     "Anything else?" The waitress asked.
"Hey, Yn. Would you like to try the rice pudding they have here?" Maka asked.
"Um- yeah, why not?" I said.
"Two medium rice puddings, please," Maka said.
The waitress was writing everything down. "Coming right up," she said.
"Thank you, ma'am," I said. She didn't looked that old, maybe 14 or 13. Young for a waitress. When the waitress left I started talking again. "How old are you?"
"I'm 13," she said. "What about you?"
      "I'm (age)," I replied.
"Hey, are you a weapon or miester? I am a meister, a scythe meister," she asked.
     "I am a meister," I replied.
"It's a big responsibility being a Meister. If you mess  up once, it could mean the death of you and your partner. Weapon's commonly care for their meisters, to a point where they will die for them, Soul had an accident a few weeks ago, he was trying to protect me," Maka explained.
"Assuming that Soul is your weapon, what happened to him?" I asked, trying not to be too nosy.
"I was cornered, our opponent was too strong. He came out of transformation and threw himself in front of me. He now has a giant scar across his torso," Maka sighed.
"Is- is he your boyfriend?" I asked.
    "No- why?" She asked.
    "No reason," I blushed.
Finally, our pudding came. Give meh dem pudding.
