The Break Up- Taehyung

You and Taehyung had been best friend for years. All through school, nobody could seem to separate you two. Probably because you had a massive crush on him and he had a massive crush on you, but neither of you would admit it to the other. But after he became famous, you two lost touch... The texts and phone calls would become less and less until you decided to move on with your life and let him move on with his...

You got a boyfriend pretty quickly. His name was Matthew and he was sweet, kind and good looking, just like Taehyung, but he wasn't him. He wasn't your dream guy. Still, you stuck with him, no matter how much pain it caused you...

Two years past, and you and Matt were still going strong. You hadn't forgotten about Taehyung, and he hadn't forgotten about you. But you thought you had moved on... Until one day...

You and Matthew had gotten into a huge fight, because you saw him cheating on you, causing him to lash out at you. You were on the floor, head in your hands and bleeding when you heard him shout

"We're over!"

You sat there and cried as he slammed your apartment door shut. You felt like your whole world had just come crashing down on you... Until you remembered him. Taehyung, your dream guy... All the memories of him flooded your head until you finally realised, you wanted him all along... You've loved him all along.

Him, meanwhile, had never forgotten about you. He still loved you and still remembered you, but his schedule was so busy that he never had time to contact you, which made him sad.

You decided to phone him... You phoned his number and prayed that he would answer... He did

"Hello... Y/N is this you?"

"Yeah it's me Tae..."

"I'm so sorry it's been too long. How are you?"

"Well my boyfriend just hit me and broke up with me so I'm not the best"

"What! Where are you?"

"I'm in my apartment"

"Right I'm coming over"

And just like that he hung up. You were excited to see him, but nervous on the other hand. He was the same, but he didn't let his nerves show. It took about 20 minutes before he came bursting through the door...

"Y/N where are you?"

"I'm in here"

You called from the corner of your bedroom. He walked in and without saying a word, sat in the corner next to you and pulled you into a tight hug. You buried your face in his chest as you began to cry quietly, causing him to hug you tighter.

"It's ok... It's ok... I'm right here... And I'm not leaving again"

He assured you causing you to look up at him, slightly confused.

"Y/N. I'm sorry for leaving you. I'm sorry that the texts and phone calls became less and less until they stopped altogether. I'm sorry for basically forgetting about you whilst trying to fulfill my dreams. Because I realise now, my dreams can't be fulfilled without the girl of my dreams... They can't be fulfilled without you Y/N. Because I love you... I always have loved you and I always will love you. And I promise no matter how far away I am from you I will always love you and I will never forget about you because I can't be me without you... I need you in my life Y/N... I need you to be mine"

"I have always been yours, since the day you stole my heart"

He smiled as he lifted your head up slowly and kissed you softly..

You kissed back and thought
"I guess the break up wasn't that bad after all..."
