Chapter 3 

Dalawang araw na ang nakakalipas pagkatapos naming magrecord ng tatlong kanta, ineedit na ata nila ngayon. 

We are currently recording our FIRST ALBUM EVER!  

Exciting diba? We are planning to put at least 9-12 songs. May 4 singles na kami since last year namely: Obvious, I'll Run, Decoy, and of course Love Drunk. 

But I was sort of excited when I joined the band to make music videos and sing live BUT nooooo because of the whole secret thing! 

Maganda din naman kasi walang die hard fans na magsstalk samin but STILL Reckless Heart is not Hannah Montana. 

I don't want to have the best of both worlds it kind of means living in a world of lies. 

I was in my dorm room, lying down on my bed. Buti na lang Friday ngayon. 

Nakatingin lang ako sa kisame nang maalala ko yung mga events na nangyari nung practice.  

It was really strange- feeling his body right next to mine.  

I mean seatmates naman kami since the school year started! 

Pero iba yung nangyari two days ago. 

Parang gusto kong patigilin ang oras. 

I wanted to remain in that position forever. 

Damn it Yuri! You DO NOT LIKE DEXTER. You hate his guts! 

These words kept on repeating in my head. I will not fall for him. I can't.  

Simula nung makilala ko sya nung 13 years old pa lang ako, nagbago na ang lahat.  

I wasn't a fan of music UNTIL he thought me how to play the guitar.  

When we're at class it's like we don't know each other.  

We just simply pass notes to each other about practice.  

Pero pag kami kami lang, sa ilalim ng puno or at practice he can be sweet and caring. 

I crawled out of my bed and looked at the clock it was 9:45 pm 

"Di pa ako inaantok." I said to myself.  

At nights like this, which is very rare, when I get bored, I reminisce the past. 

I walked to the kitchen and got a glass of water. My room wasn't too big and wasn't too small. It had a small kitchen, a bathroom, a mini library, a study table were my laptop is that the school gave and a bedroom. I kept my guitar inside my closet, perfectly secured.  

Hindi naman talaga akin yun e. It was Dexter's, binigay nya yun sakin. He can really be sweet. 

I sat down on the edge of my queen-sized bed and drank the glass of water. I placed the glass on my bed-side table. 

"Anong gagawin ko ngayon?" I hate having nothing to do. 

Then I saw my iPod touch on its speaker. I put it on shuffle and the very first song that played was Miley Cyrus' Party In The USA. 

I'm not really a Miley fan but this song is just too catchy and I like catchy songs. It reminds me how the band started. When they FORCED me to join.
