Kirsten's pov'
Today is the day I leave everything and everyone I cared about. I'm moving all the way out to Maryland to live with my friend maddie for college. As I put the rest of my stuff in my car I walk back up to my house and hug my parents goodbye."have fun in school" my mom says as she gives me a hug." Yeah but not too much fun" my dad says walking towards me, " dad really" "well I just don't want my little girl to get hurt that's all. But still if you do use protection". I shake my head and walk to my car. "Come on, twig lets go" my little husky pup comes running to me and I open the door for him to get in.

When I get to the airport I take twig and put him in his kennel. He starts to whine, " no, no crying it's ok I'm just going to be gone for a few hours."
I hate it when I have to put twig in his kennel. He's a special type of dog. He's not very social when it comes to other dogs and he hides a lot. I feel bad for leaving him because I'm the only one he trust, I got him a month ago when he was just being born and when he was old enough to walk around with his eyes closed I got to take him home. When he first opened his eyes he saw me sitting next to him playing with a twig I had found in my back yard when he saw it he immediately took it from me. And as he was playing with it I had decided to call him twig. He is now a month old and he still doesn't get along with other dogs. When I take him for walks I have to pick him up because he's to afraid to be around other people, especially if they have a dog too.
I pick up the kennel and star to walk in side. I go past security and head to the gate. Moments later I get on the plane. As I'm walking through the tube I give twig to the people and the put him in the pet storage.

As I walk on to the plane I take my seat and take a deep breath and sit back.
                    "Maryland here I come"
