Soul Mates (On Hiatus)

Chapter 1

The school bell rang signaling the day's end. Everyone filed out of the school, eager to get home or walk around town. The last person out was Danny Fenton. He had raven black hair, pale skin, ocean blue eyes, and overall just looked wimpy. He wore a baggy white shirt with a red oval in the center, faded blue jeans, and red converse. Danny was the son of two world renowned ghost hunters named Jack and Maddie. He had two best friends named Sam and Tucker.
Sam also had raven black hair and pale skin, but it looked more like porcelain than anything. She had amethyst eyes and always had her shoulder length hair in a half pony tail. Sam was a goth so she wore a lot of black and dark make up.
Tucker had turquoise eyes, dark skin, and always wore a red hat (I'm not sure what the hat is called) a yellow long sleeve shirt, green cargo pants, and brown boots.
The three were inseparable, especially when they started ghost fighting. Danny ended up turning the ghost portal his parents had been building on by accident. When that happened, Danny felt responsible for the attacks so he helped get rid of the ghosts under the name Reaper. Sam went by the name Black Rose and Tucker went by Viral Hunter.
The first ghost to ever come out of the portal was a green eyed white haired boy named Phantom. He had a black shirt with a DP symbol, black cargo pants, white combat boots, white fingerless gloves, a white belt that now holds a Fenton thermos, and a white vest that had the same DP symbol on the back. The trio wasn't experienced with ghost hunting at the time so Phantom offered to help and soon the original group of three became a group of four. Phantom helped train them in ghost hunting and it got to the point where he wasn't holding back and the trio still caught him.
Of course, the trio didn't want anyone to know that they fought ghosts so they wore masks and picked names.
Sam, aka Black Rose, wears a black domino mask shaped like a bat and after being taken over by Undergrowth she retained her ability to control plants so while on patrol she makes her eyes turn green. As Black Rose she wears black form fitting cargo pants with a green and purple stripe going down each leg, a black long sleeve shirt with purple sleeves, and black combat boots with green vines instead of buckles. Sam also has a throwing knife in each boot and a throwing knife attached to her black belt along with a Fenton thermos.
Tucker, aka Viral Hunter, got into a nasty accident while fighting Technus and ended up getting a new suit out of it. He used to wear a suit like Valerie's old one, but it was a lot more advanced. His new suit is dark blue with silver boots and a has a one way mirror for a visor. His gloves, a less bulky version of the ghost gauntlets, were silver as well. He used to have a board like Valerie's, but when Desiree turned him into a ghost he somehow kept the ability to fly and no longer needed it.
Danny, aka Reaper, wears a black domino mask like Robin's. His main weapon is a scythe, but his scythe works just like Maddie's boe staff and the blade comes out at the press of a button. He wears black combat boots that conceal two small throwing knives each, and black cargo pants are tucked into the boots. He also has a long sleeve black shirt with a spider web design on it and a black cloak thats tattered at the bottom rests on his shoulders. Danny got some ghost powers from the portal turning on. He got the ability to shoot ectoblasts, go intangible, turn invisible, fly, and use a sonic attack that sounds like millions of souls being ripped apart. That's why they call him Reaper.
Phantom has the same powers, just add cryokinesis, duplication, teleportation, and the ability to create portals to the Ghost Zone.
All three of them had a necklace made by Desiree with very specific wishes. If you pull the charm off the necklace chain they would immediately change into their costumes and ghost hunting gear. Sam's charm was a black rose, Danny's charm was the classic Grim Reaper scythe, and Tucker's charm was a group of three black and silver gears.
Anyway, when Danny met up with his friends they immediately headed to his house where a the white haired ghost was most likely waiting for them.
"Dude, who do you think your soul mate is?" Tucker asked excitedly. Oh yes, then there's that. Everyone, except the unlucky few (*cough*Tucker*cough*), wear a watch. When the watch falls off it means you've found your soul mate. Phantom still had his watch and explained that after he thought he found his soul mate even though his watch had yet to fall off and the time was still ticking. Said soul mate's watch fell off for someone else. Phantom was so crushed that he comitted suicide and his last thought was I hope that no one else ever has to go through this kind of pain. Now, because of that, his obsession is to protect, but his soul mate was still out there.
Danny shrugged, "I honestly don't care anymore Tucker. She or he will come when he or she comes." Tucker looked shocked while Sam rolled her eyes.
"Tucker just because you don't have a watch doesn't mean that you have to keep bugging us." Sam said, not bothering to hide her irritation.
Tucker pouted all the way to Fenton Works.
When they got there Danny called out that he was home. When there was no response he told Sam and Tucker to go down stairs because he had to put his backpack in his room. They nodded and Danny ran up the stairs to his room. When he opened the door and bucket of water fell on him and he growled in frustration.
Phantom had just come in from a short 'fight' with the Box Ghost. He laughed so hard he fell out of the air and onto Danny's bed.
"PHANTOM!" Danny shouted, throwing the bucket at the ghost and letting his backpack drop to the floor. The bucket hit the head board of Danny's bed which was dangerously close to Phantom's head.
Just as the black haired boy opened his mouth he heard something fall to the floor. Both boys stopped what they were doing and looked down to find that...Danny's watch had fallen off. Phantom's eyes widened and he checked his wrist. His watch was gone too...
They stared at each other before Danny said, "Nope." And walked out of the room. Phantom just stared at the watch on Danny's bed then back at the watch on the floor. He glared at the one on the floor and shot it with an ectoblast before throwing his out the window. One thing was clear though, he needed to talk to Danny....That is, if Danny would let him talk at all.
