she did not want him to leave alone, but she didn't want to upset him.

She agreed with a false smile and he gave her a kiss before leaving, which only reassured her that he wouldn't do something with somebody else a little.

it was no where near late at night, the sun had just went down an hour ago at seven.

she left the hotel as well, going out alone, just as he did.

and in paris, they never these kind of things

alone.

she went to see any movie there was at the theater, and didn't waste any money on the expensive and over priced food as he always did.

the only seat in the back was one at the end of the row next to a couple.

all she could think about was him.

she heard the couple arguing and had to scoot her feet in after the girl slapped the guy's face, and told him not to follow her as she left.

"god." he sighed.

she was not thinking of saying anything until he turned to her.

"you got ice?" he questioned, distracting her from her thoughts.

"i got water." she offered back, and he took it.

"thanks, i'm tommy." he held the water bottle over his cheek.

before she could answer he continued speaking, "and i did not cheat on my girlfriend."

a person seated a row in front of them shushed him.

"whatever. you want to know what i was doing- sorry what was your name?"

"chanel."

"well chanel, i was, wait that's funny. chanel and tommy hilfiger. alright, i was texting her friend for a surprise birthday party, and now she thinks i'm messing with her friend! ridiculous right?"

at that moment, a worker came up to them and escorted the pair out of the room.

"she's gonna be mad at me for a day, you have anything to do tonight?"

she thought of lying to tommy, but couldn't, "no."

"alright cool, lets go to chick fil a, yeah?"

chanel and tommy walked straight out of the theater, hands in their own pockets.

at the nearest chick fil a they ended up at, all she could do was compare tommy to him.

even when she got to the hotel and sat thinking, her mind was all about him.

she felt a sudden, brief moment of melancholia, for she wish she knew the reason.
