Conspiracy Theory: The Illuminati

So besides being a stupid internet meme or in youtube videos for MLG quickscoping, the Illuminati is a serious topic.

So let's get things straight about the Illuminati. What is it? I was confused about it myself until I looked it up. The Illuminati is basically a super-secret society with members from all around the globe. The members are supposed to be people who are involved with government, finance, science, business, and the entertainment industry. The Illuminati only has one thing in mind: world domination.

Also referred to as "New World order", referring to the one world government. The Illuminati was started in 1776 in Bavaria by Adam Weishaupt, a professor of canon law at the university of IngoIstadt. He patterned his organization on the freemasons, and some people say that the Illuminati infiltrated that group. 

With so much power at hand, it wasn't very long until the members of the Illuminati began to fight over control. In 1785, Duke Karl Theodor Of Bavaria banned secret societies, fearing that they might be a threat to the government.   

Illuminati conspiracy theorists think that the organization started the french revolution to further its goals of a society ruled by reason, but most historians say that claim is highly improbable.

As a free-thinking organization, the Illuminati spread throughout Europe; picking up about nearly two thousand members across Germany, France, Belgium, Denmark, The Netherlands, Sweden, Poland, Hungary, and Italy. 

  Weishaupt died in 1830. Because of the connection between the Illuminati and Free Masonry, many people assumed that the Illuminati played a part in the early history of the United States. Many of the founding fathers were Freemasons.

So over the years, the Illuminati started to form into a joke. It appeared in movies, web sites books, and even video games. (I should know)In many people's minds, (the stupid ones) think that the Illuminati is some kind of joke. Just because it appears on the internet, doesn't make it not deadly. The Illuminati idea ties in with the current political idea of New World order, which is the idea of a one-world government, religion, and financial system. 

Some conspiracy theorists say the New World order is the outward goal and the Illuminati are the secret power working behind the scenes to achieve it. Many entertainers are obviously aware of the Illuminati legends and work these symbols and myths into their acts to fuel further conspiracy theories.  

Supporters of this idea say organizations like the Untied Nations, European Union, World Health Organization, World Bank, International Monetary Fund, G-20 Economic Group, World Court, NATO, Council On Foreign Relations, World Council Of Curches, and various multinational corporations are pawns of the New world order, nudging the world closer and closer to this socialist, one-economy, one-religion, one-government future.

My thoughts on this? Well, the government is evil, first of all. Second, people are idiotic for not taking New World Order seriously. If you've ever looked on the back of the dollar and noticed what's printed right about the Illuminati, you can see the words: "annuit ceptis". Annuit ceptis translates into "favor in our takings". Doesn't that sound a little fishy? 

So know you know, that the future will be a cruel place. It'll all be controlled, by the government. One day you'll thank me for informing you on this, because when the government comes in for the kill, you will be prepared.
