-Year 2150-
"Congratulations King and Queen you have given birth to a beautiful princess." The two parents smile in glee that their child is healthy.
"Yeobo, what should we name her?" The king asks his wife who holds the child in her arms, as if she's trying to protect her from all harm.
"Im Moonbyul." She replies looking at her child's soft facial features, "She's our angel sent from above."
Suddenly the queen feels a sharp pain in her lower abdomen. "Your highness, you're going to give birth again. I can see the head of the baby." Shocked the nurses take the princess away from the queen for more checkups.
"Doctor, that's not right. We were told that the other child had died when she almost had a miscarriage." The only choice the king had was to watch his wife give birth to their supposedly dead child.
"Sir, it's a boy." The royal doctor holds up a healthy baby boy, but for some reason he's not crying.
"Why isn't he crying doctor?" The queen asks worrying about her second child.
"Don't worry he'll start breathing in a few seconds." Right after he says that the child screams loud enough for the whole castle to know about his existence. "Do you have a name for him your majesty?"
"Im Baekbeom. We'll name him Im Baekbeom."
"Yeobo, we can't let the kingdom know about Baekbeom or else they'll think we lied to them so please don't let anyone know about him okay?" The king worriedly asks the queen since he already demanded the whole castle to stay quiet.
"You know I can't do that."
He holds her hand and tells her that "It's for the best for our country."
-Year 2153-
"Eomma!" Shouts a little girl in a pink dress, "Look at what I found!" She runs towards her mom, who is sitting underneath a sun umbrella helping her brother get sunscreen on him.
"Byullie, put that back please. The maids will need to use it in a second so don't play with it." Her mom says with a stern voice.
"Noona, put it back. Listen to eomma." says the young boy who is patiently waiting for his mom to finish applying sunscreen on him. The princess decides to put down the thing she was holding and walks back to her mom. Once the queen finishes applying the sunscreen the little boy and girl run around the garden chasing each other with laughters on their faces. She watches them in hopes that they'll be able to have bright futures, but her thought is immediately broken when the sirens go off.
"Moonbyul, Baekbeom!" She shouts as they run towards her, "We have to hurry up so follow eomma okay?" Too scared to say anything, they nod their heads in response.
"Your majesty, we need to get you and the heirs to a safe room now." They make their way into the castle. Although their pace isn't very fast, Baekbeom has a hard time keeping because of his asthma.
"Eomma, I can't keep up." Little Baekbeom says tugging on his mom's sleeve.
"We're almost there Beom, it's right around the corner." Right after she says that gunshots go off and everything turns into a mess. The queen manages to hold onto the princess's hand but when she goes a reaches for the prince's hand, she grabs onto thin air. "Baekbeom?" She looks around frantically but doesn't see him.
"Dongsaeng? Baekbeom?" Says the little princess. "Eomma, where is Baekbeom?" She lifts her head up to face her mom in confusion because all she wanted to do was to hold her brother's hand.
"Your highness, we think someone might've taken Baekbeom when they were shooting but we'll keep searching for him." The queen holds tightly onto the princess while tears stream down her face.
"Yeobo, what's wrong?" the king asks walking towards them.
"Appa, someone took Baekbeom. Can you go and find him?"
