Chapter 36: Shuurei's Turn

When Seiran went after Jyuusan, with a basket in his hand Kouyuu walked with Sera to a gazebo a little far from the inn so she could not run away from him. Sera quickly admitted and demonstrated what happened in the bath before Kouyuu even asked since she knew that the contents of the basket must have been the food she hated most.

On the other hand, Shusui was fully armed when she walked away from the inn opposite to the direction Jyuusan went to. Jyuusan was not able to arm herself since her attention was caught by something she saw on the trees. She had always been inlove with nature due to where she grew up to.

Only Ryuuki and Shuurei remained in the inn. He found Shuurei lying on her side inside her room. ''Are you alright?'' he asked with worry. 'Maybe she is not feeling well. I would punish her later.'

''Yeah. But I'm sleepy so get out,'' Shuurei shooed him.

''Your hair is still wet,'' Ryuuki said and picked up a comb. He started combing her hair which is a little messy, however it only made Shuurei feel more sleepy. ''Shuurei don't sleep.''

''But I'm sleepy,'' she said lazily. She totally forgot about the punishment thingy that Shusui reminded them. She was not able to sleep well last night since something kept bothering her. ''Don't disturb me.''

Ryuuki sighed. Then he realized something he knew would keep her awake. He kissed the spot behind her ear and then gently nibbled on her earlobe. Shuurei's eyes widened. ''Don't sleep or I will do something really naughty to keep you awake,'' Ryuuki said in a whisper and let one hand run through her slender back and settled it on her tiny waist. Shuurei shivered.

''What do you think you're doing?!''

''What did you do in the bath?'' Ryuuki asked. This time Shuurei felt Ryuuki's breath on her neck.

''That's none of your business,'' Shuurei said and was about to get up but Ryuuki held her shoulder and kissed her cheek. He found a better way of punishing her since threating her about her savings may not work now since Shouka is the head of the Kou clan now.

''Tell me or,'' Ryuuki paused and kissed the back of her neck indicating what he will do. He will be merciless too.

''We massaged each other,'' Shuurei admitted quickly. At that reply Ryuuki licked the back of her neck, reminding Shuurei of what happened the day she returned to Kiyou. Shuurei's heart drummed her chest.

''What kind of massage is that?'' he asked in a whisper and kissed the back of her ear again.

''I don't know. But it was relaxing,'' Shuurei replied nervously. Ryuuki's face is so close to hers and she does not know what the next thing he would kiss is. Ryuuki was not satisfied with her answer so he turned her to face him and kissed her lips. Shuurei felt the spark again. When she realized that Ryuuki intended to deepen the kiss she got so nervous and pushed him away with all her might. This is the first time that Ryuuki kissed her on the lips while she is lying on a bed. She did not like the idea especially when she realized that he locked the door.

''I'll demonstrate it to you,'' she said as she finally remembered the punishment that Shusui warned her about.

''Eh?'' Ryuuki was at a loss of words. He blushed as he remembered the sounds Shuurei made in the bath.

Shuurei had gotten out of the bed and sat beside him. ''I'll start from your head,'' Shuurei said and started massaging his head. Ryuuki closed his eyes as it relaxed him. He enjoyed it with little sounds like purrs.
