Chapter 3
*Austin's POV*
After collecting all 6 of Tee's suitcases (which of course I offered to carry a few of cus it's just common manners to help someone with their bags if they're struggling isnt it?), we went to the McDonalds in the airport.
"You want anything Tee?"
"Yea, urm, i'll have a 6 nugget meal with a coke, but dont worry, i'll pay!" She said holding out a ten-dollar-bill.
"Tessa-Jay! Im paying for you, i dont want your money!" I said slightly laughing but remaining completely serious at the same time.
"Fineeeeee" she whined, i found it so cute the way when something doesnt go the way she wants, she crinkles her nose and tilts her head.
After eating, Alex and Robert came bounding over, JOY, they're gonna start hitting on Tee when i quite like her, to be honest, i cant believe i forgot we actually knew eachother let alone were bestfriends practically all our lives apart from 2 measly years.
"Ayeeeeee wassup dude?" Alex said giving me a handshake as he did.
"Alex, Robert, you remember TJ dontcha?!" i said putting an arm playfully around her shoulder.
"TJJJJJJ! I missed youuuuuu, you've grown so much! And may I say got more beautiful?" Alex said again with a wink.
"ALEX! I missed you tooooo, hehe, thankyou, i can see you've been working out" TJ said with a wink using her sexy british accent before wrapping her arms around Alex's waist and hugging him, i mean DAYUM! I love british girls.. But there was something about when she was hugging Alex that made me feel weird. Jealousy almost.. I could tell Rob felt uncomfortable too, so he cleared his throat.
"Tessie! Ive missed you girl!" He said in a girly voice.
"Robs! Ive missed you too!" She said before giving him too a hug. But when she hugged Rob, it felt different from when she hugged Alex, i think it's cus i know Alex is smooth and can get any girl he wants.
Then on cue, her phone rang from across the table.
*TJ's POV*
'i heard that you've settled down, that you've found a girl and your married now, i heard that your dream came true, guess you've gave me things i couldnt give to you, old friend, why you so shy? aint like you to hold back or hide-' my phone rang pretty loudly. HARRY CALLING. I quickly answered my phone and whilst signalling to the boys that i'd be one minute, he began to talk very quickly down the phone.
"Wassup Hazza?!" I said with a giggle. Harrys pretty much another brother to me.
"T-T-TJ, Its Louis, Harry got knocked down in a hit and run and he hasnt m-made it" He said through sobs. I was speechless.
"W-what?"
"He got hit by a car and it was so bad that he lost loads of blood and w-w-well you can guess what ha-happened.." He said still in tears. Ive lost my brother. Well he's near enough that.. One of the people i live for. One of the people I cant live without. Hes gone.
"I gotta go, tell everyone to stay smiling for me.." I said whilst hanging up and immediately falling to the floor in sobs. As soon as my cries were audible, Austin, Alex and Rob all gathered at my sides to comfort me.
"Tee, babe, whats happened?" Austin said pulling me into his chest. I didnt reply, i just grabbed handfuls of his shirt and buried my head as far as i could so they wouldnt see me cry. "Shhh, baby, you can tell me.." He said stroking my hair. Wait.. BABY?! That means.... no way. He likes me? I like him as well...
"Harry's dead.." I mumbled quietly even though im pretty sure it wasnt loud enough as i was still cuddled up in Austins chest. That when I remembered we were sitting in the middle of the floor. In the airport. IN TEXAS. And all my grieving family are in England.
*Austin's POV*
Me, Louis and Harry were like brothers, he was like family but he always seemed more like an older brother figure that i always wanted. Although Louis was older, it was Harry that was more mature of the two. It hurt me to see TJ that upset to be honest.
