Alright here's a unpopular opinion.
So if you don't know Twenty One Pilots is in a lot of shit right now because they could have leaked their song Heathens. It came out a week earlier than expected because someone put it on reddit. Atlantic Records (the company that produced the track) played along with it and released it but doing so lost them millions of dollars from the marketing campaign. Back to now, they filed a subpoena to get Reddit to get the IP address of the person who put it on Reddit. The fans of tøp became worried that maybe tøp themselves leaked it and could be getting jail time, for Atlantic Records said they only sent the song to tøp and a couple other people. Their fans made a hashtag that was trending on Twitter saying #thecliqueisgoingtojailparty where they posted jokes saying that they were going to jail because they downloaded the leaked version of Heathens.
1. I highly doubt anybody is going to get arrested that downloaded the illegal version.
2. This whole situation is stupid. The way the fans are handling this is stupid. They are making it seem like Josh and Tyler are guilty, especially by going on Atlantic Records Instagram and saying "I leaked Heathens". You're honestly not helping them. If they did leak it, then I do think they should get jail time. They knew what they were doing and shouldn't have done it. I'm pretty confident that they knew of the consequences. Another thing is that I don't think they leaked it. It would be too big of a risk. Anyway, that's the end of that.
