[Prologue]

1920

"Burn them to ashes!" One of the men said while holding up a spear. The townsmen gathered around the three girls holding torches and some holding a bunch of rocks. The girls were defenseless against them, no weapon, no anything to defend theirselves. They were now crying real hard, they didnt like it one bit, they also dont even know the reason why they were being treated that way.

"Hang in there Adia!" Akari, who was currently being thrown rocks at, shouted to her best friend. Adia weakly nodded and winced as she was being kicked here and there. Adia's hair was a mess and her glasses are broken now. Kurami, however, was being burned alive. She looked pretty dead actually. No, she was already dead.

"Adia, don't leave me here alone! You can d-do it I-I believe in y--" Akari was cut off as she saw her friend smile at her gently and slowly closed her eyes. Akari's eyes widened as tears continued to stream down her cheeks. She knew that this would be the end. And so she decided.

"We'll be reincarnated, we'll meet again soon.." Akari sadly whispered and closed her eyes. With one last throw of a rock, it hit her neck.. And well.. She died too. But that was in the past.

"Greetings," A voice said. Akari quickly woke up to her senses and stood up quickly in defense and stuttered, "W-Who are you?! What do y-you want from me?!" The voice chuckled. "You don't remember anything. It's time for you to move on." Before Akari could reply, she blacked out, the sound of chuckling being her lullaby.

Adia was walking inside a white endless corridor. She didn't like it. It was cold and she was freezing. Adia giggled at herself for being scared. She came to a halt when there was writing in front of her, she read it to herself. "Just keep walking forward. You'll find something," Adia snickered. As if she was going to believe that she would find something.

But she walked forward anyway. Soon, it got colder and colder. The white room became darker and darker. In the distance, she saw a patch of yellow flowers with light shining down to it. Adia's eyes slightly widened to see a person with (h/c) hair.

As soon as Adia tried to reach out to the person, everything became blurry and she fainted. Well, at least she did find something.

Kurami was falling down a really dark place. Kurami was scared-- terrified. She couldn't remember anything, why was she here and why she was falling. She had no idea. For once, she felt like an idiot. Not knowing what to do. Blurred memories lingered in her mind.

She would hit something every now and then. But what worried her was what she would land on below. She wished that this would stop. And as if answering her wishes, her falling stopped. But it resumed after a few seconds. Kurami screamed, but instead. She landed on something soft. A bed almost. Out of shock and tiredness, she fell asleep.

The three girls woke up in different places. Akari, waking up in a murder of Mirai Nikki, Adia, waking up seeing a ghoul eat a human and lastly, Kurami who woke up in the hands of a titan.
No-- I'm just kidding.

They woke up normally. Except there was one difference-- It was year 2004 and they were just kids. They had their own families, except for Kurami who was an orphan. However she got adopted soon enough.

The three passed each other constantly although they didn't care about each other. They even went to the same school, at last, they still didn't care about each other's existence. Fate finally decided that it was time for them to meet and know about their abilities.

Hmm, I wonder what happened? Well, i'll see you next time. This is just the prolouge after all.
