Prestons pov

I sat on the couch with Jack, we were just watching Netflix together. We watched something we both liked, scary movie. (sorry if you actually don't like that movie series) Near the middle of the movie my phone vibrated, I checked it, it warned me that there's a really bad thunder storm heading towards my location. I didn't really care. I put down my phone and continued to watch the movie with Jackie.

And a few minutes later, Thunder was heard in the distance. Jackie didn't seem to hear it so I just ignored it. Not too long after, it was above us. *BOOM!* Thunder was just outside and it was raining down hard, I noticed Jackie jump, she held her legs close to her chest and tried to calm down. I remembered something, she's scared of thunder! How could I forget?!

I scotted closer to her and wrapped my arm around her to calm her down, it worked a bit and she smiled weakly at me. More thunder and lightning struck outside, it made the house shake a bit. Jack jumped again and hid her face in my chest in fright, it made me blush, good thing it was dark enough to hide it.

I gently wrapped my arms around her and held her close. Honestly, she looked adorable being so scared. "I know how to make you forget about the storm.~" I smirked, I said that without thinking!
