My answer
I'd hate both of them, but I'd rather liked to be killed, because Monokuma always puts some creepy, scary, or uncomfortable things in the characters' execution, making the one being executed, scared or desperate. I'd definetly choose being killed, but I wouldn't like being killed, so it's a bit difficult to answer.
