Within his circle of young nobleman, Dorian grey was considered by far the most handsome. Inspired by his striking appearance, a world re-owned artist painted Dorians portrait, and all agreed that the resulting image bore an amazing resemblance to Dorian. Dorian became so love struck by himself he thought that beauty and pleasure was all he needed in life. At the same time he thought his beauty would just soon fade away as he aged. Dorian jokingly offered to sell his soul for in evangelical the gift of eternal youth and beauty.
To his surprise his wish was granted in the form of a mysterious painting made by the same artist. After coldly breaking the heart of a beautiful actress he noticed the painting became older and uglier. He discovered his painting grew to reflect his cold heart and weaknesses.
Even though he himself stayed young and beautiful. The painting sadly didn't. So Dorian devoted his whole life the evil and vanity; he didn't age a day but the figure in the painting still grew older and uglier to reflect his sins. After 7 years of living immortally; desperate to save his soul.
He tried destroying he painting with a knife. One day his servants randomly herd a scream come from he room the portrait was hung, and was so very shocked to find; Dorians wrinkled old body lying beneath the mysterious portrait. Which now looked like the day it was painted.
