Hak, Yona, L, and K had become really good friends over the past few weeks. L didn't mind going to visit anymore ,and sometimes he got excited.
L: Yona and Hak have invited us to watch a movie. Would you like to go?
K: I can't. I'm working.
L: You need to take a break. You've been working all week.
K: I'm so close to a conclusion.
L realizes K isn't going to give up and forcibly picks her up by her under-arms.
K: L, stop it I need to finish this!
L: You haven't slept in days. You at least need a break if you aren't going to sleep.
K huffs childishly, and L switches K's position so he can carry her more easily.
L: Don't be so upset.
K: I'm not really upset, just annoyed.
L: I'm carrying you to the car, you should happy enough with that.
K: Why is that?
L: Because you have perfectly fine legs. I could make you walk on your own.
K: No don't, I'm tired.
L: I'm sure you are. Which is another reason why I'm carrying you.
~at Hak and Yona's house~
Yona: Hak, K and L are here!
Hak: Oh, hi.
L: Hello.
K: ........Hi
L: K is a bit... exhausted please excuse her slow responses.
K heard L but her brain didn't properly process his words.
K: What?
L: Nothing. You need a nap.
K: No!
L nervously chuckled, embarrassed at his girlfriend's actions.
Hak: Well, you can come in.
L: Thank you.
L pulls K along because she wasn't paying attention enough to notice they were supposed to come in.
Yona: Hak, did you ever get that food?
Hak: Darn it. No.
K: I'll get it.
L: You are in no condition to drive! I'll do it.
K: I'm still coming along to pay.
L: Alright.
Hak: What do you want to eat Yona?
Yona: McDonald's!
L: McDonald's it is then.
~at McDonald's~
K: Great. L, I forgot my wallet in the car. Could you get it for me?
L: Sure.
L goes to get K's wallet.
Cashier: Your total is $16.95... cutie.
The cashier winks. He has light platinum blonde hair which reminds K of Near.
K: I apologize, I don't have my wallet on me but-
Cashier: No worries, I'll pick it up. Name's Dan. What about you?
K: Kamata.
K chooses to use her alias.
Dan: That's cute.
K: Alright, well you actually don't have to pay, my-
Dan: Never mind the food cutie, we need to get together again sometime.
Dan slides his number across the counter.
K: Well, I can't beca-
Dan: Oh come on don't be a drag darling.
L: Excuse me.
L is obviously angered, but doesn't raise his voice because of the setting.
Dan: Who's he?
L: I'm her boyfriend.
Dan: You didn't tell me you had a boyfriend!
K: I tried!
L wraps his arm around K's waist protectively.
L: I hope you know harassment is a legal offense.
Dan got mad and quickly threw a punch at L. L catches it with his free hand.
L: I'm not happy with you right now. Please do yourself a favor and do not try it.
L hands the man the money and doesn't bother to wait for change.
He quickly tugs K along with him. They quickly make it to the car.
L: What were you doing with that guy?
K: He was the cashier. I tried to explain that I didn't have my money and that you were going to get it for me. Then he started to flirt with me, and I tried to say I had a boyfriend but he kept cutting me off.
L: What am I going to do with you?
L chuckled and smiled lightly before pulling off.
Yona: Thanks for the food!
L: It's no problem.
K: ......yeah it's totally fine.
L: Since when do you use totally?
K: I don't know, you tell me.
L: Are you intoxicated?
K: No, did you see me drink anything?
Hak: Is she ok?
L: I'm not sure.....
K: Oh I'm fine. Just fine.
K snuggles quite close to L without notice.
K: L... I love you, ya'know?
L: What... are you doing?
K: What do you mean?
L: I apologize... we may need to leave prematurely. K seems.... more tired than I thought.
Hak: Alright then.
Yona: Oh, ok. I hope she feels better.
L: Thank you, we had a good time none the less.
Yona: Alrigh,t see you later!
Hak: Bye.
L: Goodbye. K come on please.
K: I'm....... coming.
~L drives K home quickly~
K: I'm going to work.
L: No, you need sleep. You REALLY need sleep.
K didn't listen ,and still attempted to work. L picked her up, sat her on the couch ,and turned on a movie.
K: L let me go.
L: Sleep.
K: But-
L: Sleep.
K: You aren't going to say anything besides sleep are you?
L: Sleep.
L sat K's head in his lap.
K: Alright.
It took less than five minutes for K to fall asleep due to being extremely tired. After a while L put her in bed and finished his movie.
