Friends.

Friend.

What does it mean? Google says : a person whom one knows and with whom one has a bond of mutual affection.

But that's not exactly it. A friend is your other half. Not like a soulmate, which I doubt exists, that is just a myth made up by horny idiots who want an excuse to fuck every stranger they see to "find out if they're my soulmate."

A friend knows you're deepest secrets. A friend knows the darkest parts of your soul. A friend is the person who knows when to leave you alone and when to comfort you. When to tell you it's okay even if it's not and when to be bluntly truthful.

Sometimes they can hurt you. But that's how you know if you're meant to be friends. If they hurt you, then you find you're own way back to each other, sometimes the best friends are ones who used to be enemies.

Don't let hurt get in the way. Real friends are rare. There are some who you call friend but never speak to. Some who you are forced to call friend because your blood is the same. But there are those who can ur mind. Who can see your sadness through your happy mask but don't push for your reason if you don't offer.
