You are Dave strider, the last human on earth... The game ended, but a war was fought for peace. The earth became unstable and nuclear wars happened.
"I, Dave Strider, promise to keep the human race going at any worthy cost...". Those are the last words I said to my Brother before he died of a illness called "Anophacion.". It's a illness that eats up your tissue and bone, then your skin... Along with everything else in your body. I am the last human on earth, with my sword at hand I fight for my life against mutant beyond nightmares. Right now I'm looking for water, I think I found a halfway decent river with at least only 4 dead corpses in it. I scoop up some of the blood colored water and sip it. It only tastes a little like blood, not to much. I take a few more sips and loot from the dead corpse... Just a ring and a few dollars. Money doesn't matter anymore cuz I can just steal things and there is no punishment. I walk to a flat area and lay there, looking up at the greenish red sunset. I sigh and watch the night become dark, stars slowly showing their bright starry sharpness like my hope. I smile softly and close my eyes slowly...
My nap is broken by a loud ringing sound, I sit up quickly and cover my ears
What the fuck is that noise?!
I look up to see a star a little too close to earth "what the hell...?". Then there are beeps, seeming to be in a patter
Why did I never learn morse code?
I sigh and get up, it looks like a huge crab claw, with lights coming out of it, slowly landing near me "WHAT THE FUCK?!" I stand up and pick up my sword, I back up a little. I fell cold air hit my face and the lights start to look less random, more like windows.
One large window in the front, jets on the side and the back, the color of the thing is like a pomegranate dark color...
I step back more, it's only inches off the ground now, it look like it's made out of a rigged metal material, I can see small legs come out of the bottom and it lands fully on the air, a gas releases from it slowly and I back up more. I see a large hatchet open up and a bunch of crab like creatures crawl out and look at me with their mutated eyes. "Ewww, and what the hell are you crab things..?". They all just make a lane in the middle and this shortish guy, looking around the same age as me, gray skin, small horns, black hair, yellow eyes with black pupils. He wears a pink top with black pants, pink stripe going down the side, he has weird web-like ears, and lots of jewelry on, with black shoes, a little bit of heel, pink going down the side.
I stand there, frozen, a little...scared... But mostly confused. I stand my ground and grip my sword's handle tightly "Wh-Who are you?!"
He looks at me with a sharp tooth grin
"I AM MOTHERFUCKING KARKAT PEIXES." He walk closer, his shoes making a tap noise on the metal.
"I FOUND THIS FUCKING PLANET AND SAW YOU, A HELPLESS LOWBLOOD/HUMAN,WHO ARE YOU?!" He points at me with his all black nails "I am Dave Strider... I wonder around this earth to escape the mutants t-" before I can finish speaking he walks closer to me and grabs me by my shirt "WELL YOUR MINE NOW, I CLAIM YOU.". I raise an eyebrow "that's not how it fucking works dude...", he growls and pulls me closer "THEN I WILL FIND ANOTHER WAY.". Karkat pulls on my shirt, he snaps his fingers and a tall freaky crab thing comes over with a collar and a leash, with a name tag on the collar saying "if found, Return to Karkat high blood." My eyes widen "how the hell do you expect me to wear that?!" I'm shocked that they already have a collar for me, like he has known I exist before we meet. Karkat laughs and the crab thing puts it on me, I try to bite it but Karkat scratches my neck with a long black nail, making me bleed, I the try to stab him with my sword but another crab thing grabs my sword and throws it to another crab that brings it into the spaceship, he then wraps a tight slick around my arm, making them get tided together and only my hands are free and my legs, Karkat pushes me to my knees and I now have the collar on, with a leash. Karkat grabs the leash and makes me get up, tugging on my collar, hurting the back of my neck. I get pulled into the ship.
