Love Of A Girl And Merman

Hello please don't be rude cause this is my first story so I'm new at this story-writing.

Chapter One: The Meet

Once in a faraway land lived mermaids and humans in peace. One day while princess Amira was going to the beach , She saw what she thought was a manatee but when she got closer she saw it was a very handsome merman. When the merman saw her he hid underwater. After he hid Amira told she wasn't going to hurt him. So he swam up slowly to see Amira standing at the seashore. So when he was completely up out of the water he said hello and that his name was prince Adam. After that Amira told him her name was Amira and that it was very nice to meet him. So for awhile while Amira was there they talked about each other and found out they had lots in common. Soon after a couple of weeks they became BFFs. But even though mermaids and humans are in harmony they kept their best friendship top secret. After they became BFFs they were together every day but one day their lives became destroyed...

Chapter Two: The Battle

One day while Amira and Adam were hanging out they heard an explosion at the lake which was 2 blocks away. So when they heard that explosion, Amira went to the lake to see what's happening there. When she got there she saw the freshwater mermaids were battling her kingdom to the death. When she saw that battle she hid so she wouldn't be included in the battle. When she saw what was happening she left and told what was happening at the lake to Adam. After Amira told him about it he left underwater to tell his dad that their freshwater cousins were fighting the humans and that they had to help the humans. So after his father knew what was happening he knew he had to help the humans. So Adam and his father were trying to think of a plan to help Amira's kingdom. Soon after a couple of minutes they thought of a plan. After they thought of a plan they thought this plan will be full proof but also risky but they were doing it anyway.

Chapter Three: The Plan

After they agreed on the plan Adam asked Amira if she agreed with the plan and she did. So when he told her the supplies he and his father needs she got the supplies he and his father needed. Once Amira gave he and his father the supplies they needed they started building the giant tanks. Once they built the light weight tanks Adam and his father got up to shore in them. Since it was a war Amira,Adam and his father wore armor and had swords and bows. While Adam was getting a chest plate she was thinking if she should say she loves him after the war. But while she was distracted in her mind someone covered her mouth and she passed out...

Chapter Four: The rescue

Soon after she was kidnapped she found out the freshwater mermaids and mermen kidnapped her in a locked big fish tank. She tried screaming for Adam but she could only do muffled screams with a rag on her mouth. After a couple minutes she gave up and curled up in a corner of the tank and cried so much she could fill up a pool. In a corner of the tank she found out they left a razor in it and she used it three times. One for missing Adam, another for not paying attention and getting herself kidnapped, and the last one for just plain fear and sadness. Meanwhile Adam found out Amira disappeared and thought she was just busy doing something. So he went to forge more bows to not have total boredom and for just in case until he heard a scream..

(Sorry I haven't updated much I'm just really busy with school so I will try to update tomorrow bye my slenders)

Chapter Five: The mission

By the second he heard that scream Adam knew it was Amira. It was so familiar he could have knew it was her a mile away. He told what happened to Amira to his father in hopes his father agreed. Fortunately he did so they went off to find Amira. Luckily they were a special type of saltwater mermaid that has amazing smelling and attacking skills so they were the right rescuers for the job. While they followed her scent it stopped at the surprisingly calm lake. Since they knew freshwater mermaids had a bigger tail fin so they used their shape shifting powers ( did not see that coming huh) to look and be like a freshwater mermaids. As they swam in the lake the freshwater mermaid guards welcomed them believing their fake looks. As they entered they saw a giant fish tank with Amira crying in the corner of it and on top of the tank it had a sign saying crying loser. Adam felt devastated that Amira was suffering so much in that horrible tank of torture. As he and his father crept toward the tank she looked at them with major fear,sadness, and loneliness in her eyes.In her mind she was desperately hoping they are not going toward her to torture her. Then she noticed the younger freshwater mermaid's face and hair. At first she thought it might have been Adam then she changed her mind since she wondered why would Adam and his father would be the enemy.

Chapter Six: The Escape

When Adam and his father was as close to the tank as they can Amira was huddled in the back corner shivering with fear and sorrow. Then when Adam's father was sure there was no merpeople near he gave Adam the special signal to talk to her. When he got the signal he told Amira he was there to save her and explained about he and his father's shape shifting powers. Amira nodded while she was hiding the previous ten cuts she did. As the three swam up Adam and his father went into the tanks they built earlier and got to the beach. There Amira finally revealed her cuts to Adam and his father. Adam was saddened that Amira actually had cut herself ten times. So he turned into a human and hugged her then went back into a merman. After the hug Amira blushed a shade of dark pink. When Adam saw her blush he wondered if she liked him just like he liked no loved her.

Chapter Seven: The Battle Won

Soon Adam and his father went in the tanks and they went to the battle sight with Amira to fight. There they were dodging flaming arrows, swords, and cannons to win the battle. Soon right before the battle ended Amira was shot by an luckily not on fire arrow. Soon after the humans happily won Adam found Amira lying on the ground bloody and hurt. So he shapeshifted into a human and brought her to the kingdom hospital while his father was going to his underwater kingdom to tell the great news of winning. There the doctor told him he had to leave when the nurses quickly took her to the emergency room. So he trudged along to the ocean and went to the place where he always went to be alone, his room where no one entered unless he said so. And he collapsed on his bed and cried until he fell asleep still reliving the moment she found her on the ground bloody in his mind.

Chapter Eight: The Kiss

The next day Adam went to visit Amira since now he only sees her and shuts himself out when he isn't at the hospital with Amira. At the hospital Amira was a little shocked to see Adam visit her. Luckily Amira survived but she was very pale and weak. So they had some small talk and soon Adam leaned in and gently kissed her sweet soft lips. After some seconds she kissed back and they both thought that the kiss felt like sparks flew and it was magic. When the kiss ended Adam said that he loves her. Then she said that she loved him too. Suddenly Amira fainted and the heartbeat meter went crazy. Adam called the doctors and they told him to leave since they had something serious to do. So he cried the whole way home and swam to his room when he went to his mermaid form and locked his door and cried himself to sleep. While sleeping he kept dreaming the moment he found her on the ground and that she actually died.

Chapter Nine: The Death And Reliving

Two days later Adam went to visit Amira since they didn't let him visit her yesterday. When he saw her she was paler and weaker then last time. Amira noticed Adam came in so she waved and weakly smiled. Then Adam softly kissed her on the cheek. As they had small talk the doctor told Adam to come outside so he nodded and went out. When the doctor came out as well she told Adam that Amira is gonna die in about thirty minutes. Adam was so surprised that he had no words. So when he went inside the room and told Amira what the doctor said. When she heard the news Amira started sobbing so Adam comforted her. Twenty-nine minutes later they said that they loved each other one last time when Amira closed her eyes and became much paler almost milk white. Adam kept screaming for her to wake up but alas she didn't so he started sobbing. Meanwhile Amira was in a bright white room and saw her dead sister that told her that she is too young to die and she will make Amira alive again. Then Amira thanked her greatly and gave her favorite doll she always wanted to give her sister before she was murdered by a freshwater mermaid. When Amira was alive she hugged Adam. When Adam saw her alive he happily kissed her on the lips and hugged her. Then they started making out until they stopped to breathe. When Adam asked her how she was alive she told him the whole story.
