Jades pov
I was walking down the hallway of my school (we had to go to some back to school thing) as I cringed and replayed the awkward encounter I had with my Spanish teacher in my head. Oh god why did I say that? I shake my head and continue walking next to my mom. I look up and push my messy fringe out of my eyes. Whoa hold up. Who is that?! In front of me is an really freaking cute girl with this really awesome haircut where it's shaved off on the sides and stuff. I don't resize I've been staring until it's too late. Oh no! She notices me! I smile at her in hopes that it doesn't turn out too awkward but the damage has already been done. I have two options. I can run away and pretend this awkward encounter never happened or I can talk to her. Before I can make my decision she speaks up.
"Your cute. I'm Taylor." She brings her hand up to shake mine.
"Hi I'm jade. Nice to meet you." Taylor just smiles.
"Hey, we need to get going." My mom says. Before I can say goodbye we're already walking out of the building and into the parking lot.
"So. Who's that girl."
