Chapter Three

Sarah's POV

I woke up to voices talking which I soon recognized as Tony and Mike. I groaned, shoving my head into the couch pillows. "Princess you're awake!" Mike smiled walking toward the couch. I just looked up at him feeling to tired to talk. I don't even know why I'm so tired, I haven't done anything but sleep. "Awww babe, Vic was right" he sighed sitting next to me on the couch, then shot a glance at the worried looking Tony. "Tone her eyes are really blood shot" he sighed at him, "What?" I asked Mike in confusion. "You're not looking to hot" "Wow thanks" I muttered, staring at the floor. "No no babe, he means you're sick..." Tony laughed as a look of realization crossed my face. "Wait I'm not sick!" I defended jumping up from the couch. Suddenly a wave of dizziness washed over me from standing up to fast, but Mike jumped up and sat me on his lap before I could fall. He just raised an eyebrow as I sighed in defeat. "But I'm not sick I promise" "Hun you've slept all day and you even look sick, we know your not feeling well" Jaime smiled sadly walking through the front lounge to get to the 'kitchen'. Aka, a sink, mini fridge, and some counters near the front of the bus.

Suddenly I went through a coughing fit, a rather loud one at that. I looked up from my seat to see all four, I guess Vic heard me and came running, looking at me in alarm. My cheeks burned in embarrassment as I pulled my knees to me chest, "Don't Stare at me" I mumbled. "Baby we didn't mean to embarrass you, we are worried though" Vic whispered wrapping his arms around me. "I hate being sick" I sighed, snuggling my face into his chest. "I know kiddo, I know" "Wait what time is it?" I asked to no one in particular, pulling away from Vic and looking at the clock. 3:45. I literally did sleep all day. "I didn't even get dressed today" I laughed to myself. "You don't need to you're still beautiful" Mike smiled causing a blush to appear on my face, I quickly hid my face back in Vic's chest causing the others to laugh. All four of them always made comments like that, trying to make me feel better. "Lair" I mumbled, hoping it was quiet enough for none of them to hear but, of course, Vic did. "What did you just say?" he looked down at me, pulling me off of him slightly so I would look into his eyes. "Nothing" I mumbled looking away, "No Sarah look at me" he said sternly, putting his fingers under my chin making me look at him. "Do you not believe him?" he sighed. "I uh I'll be right back" I mumbled, jumping up off his lap. "I gotta do something" I called to them before getting into my bunk.

It always happened like this, they would complement me, then nine times out of ten I would always deny it. Then, one of them would try and talk to me about it but I always run off or change the subject. I really don't want them to realize how messed up I actually am, they'd leave me in an instant.

Mikes POV

"Guys do you hear that?" I asked, pausing the show we were watching. "Hear wha- oh" Vic started then stopped short, hearing the noise. "It sounds like someone crying." Tony looked at us worried. "Sarah's the only one back there" Jaime stated, motioning to the bunks where the noise was coming from. I sighed getting up off the couch. "Vic you bought medicine at the store right?" "Yeah, I'll go get it" I nodded at him before going back into the bunks.

"Princess?" I whispered, slowly opening the curtain on Sarah's bunk. As light from the lounge poured into the isle I could just make out her form. She was curled in a ball, with her back facing me, her small (she was average sized but compared to me and the guys, she was small) form shaking every few moments trying to hold back crying, a whimper escaping every few times. "Baby" I whispered placing my hand on her back. Her body froze and she quickly turned around. Once she saw me she quickly wiped her eyes and pretended that she hadn't been crying. "Baby what's wrong" "What do you mean" "Sarah why were you crying" "I-I-I wasn't" she stuttered. "Come here hun" I sighed picking her up and bringing her into the front lounge.

I sat on the couch and made her look at me, "Why is my baby sister crying" she stared at me for a few moments before tears started leaking out of her eyes again. "They-they-they're back Mikey" she whispered, latching onto my shirt. "Shhhh, who's back baby" "Tessa and Nichole" she sobbed, "They shoved me and kicked me and stole my stuff Mikey. They told everyone about John but I promise it's not true, I swear its not" "Shhhh Sarah, it's okay baby it's okay, they can't hurt you, we won't let them hurt you" I whispered into her ear, while I ran my fingers gently through her hair.

Ever since she was baby, Sarah would get horrible nightmares every once in a while, but she got them especially bad when she was ill. Since that was a rare occasion though, it scares us all to see her so weak. "Baby what is hurting you?" "My head" she whispered, nuzzling her head into my shoulder even more. "Shhhh it's okay, it's okay, you're okay" I whispered, rubbing her back slowly. Jeez, we haven't seen her this sick in years. As bad as this was, part of it still made me want to smile a little, as it reminded me of when Sarah needed us for everything and anything. Alas my little baby is slowly growing up. But back to the situation at hand.

"Okay sit right here and I'll be right back" I sat her down on Jaime's lap and she immediately cuddled into him. "Vic do you have stuff that will get rid of a migraine?" I asked him, standing next to where he was hovering over his suitcase looking at the different bottles. "Give her two of these" he handed me a bottle and then turned to put the others back away. I nodded and walked back to the kitchen to get a glass of water. "Sarah babe" I said sitting down next to Jaime. She slowly took her face from his chest and looked at me. I cringed, we all hated seeing her so sick. "Take these, it will make the migraine go away" she slowly nodded and swallowed the two pills before collapsing back into Jaime. He chuckled softly before standing up and carrying her back to her bunk. We could all hear him tell her good night again before he came back in and sat back on the couch.

"I hate seeing her crying" Tony groaned, throwing his head back. "We all do" Jaime sighed before turning the tv back on. I hope she feels better soon, we're arriving at the next venue tomorrow.
