So You Think You Can Dance Chapter One

Ellie woke up on the morning of her So You Think You Can Dance audition and was very excited. She couldn't wait to get up on stage and dance her best. Ellie dreamed of this day for a very long time.

Ellie was getting into her car and turned the radio on. She loved listening to the radio before dance. Ellie had a thirty minute drive to where she was auditioning.

Once she got to the Fox Theater she couldn't control her excitement. She realize she was the fifth person there.

"This is amazing." She said to herself.

After she checked in she started to stretch. She was the fifth person to dance for the judges and was a little scared.

When auditions started she started to get really scared but really excited at one time.

As the person in front of her finished she took a few deep breathes. Then she was told to go on stage.

"Hello."

"Hey. What's your name?" Asked a judge she had never seen before.

"Ellie."

"That's such a pretty name. How do you feel right now?"

"Scared but excited."

"There is nothing to be scared of. You can start whenever your ready Ellie."

When the music started she wasn't scared at all. And she did her jazz dance perfectly.

"That was the best dance we've seen all day." Said Tyce.

"Thank you."

All the judges said she was wonderful. Ellie couldn't believe what they were saying.

"What styles of dance do you take?" Asked Tyce.

"I take hip hop, jazz, and tap. And I use to take ballet." Ellie said.

"Nice. Well should we all vote now." Said Tyce.

Ellie couldn't believe she got yeses from all three judges.

Ellie called her family and told them she was going to Vegas.
