Bai Luo Yin clenched a roll of bandages in his hand, the soft material seeming to be as important as water and food. The woman had given him as much as she could, and Bai Luo Yin felt extremely grateful but hopeful that he would not need to put it to use on him or any one else for that matter.

"Are you sure that you must go? It is awfully dangerous out there.." Her soft face was twisted into worry, her eyebrows pointed downward and a collection of wrinkles appearing on her forehead. Bai Luo Yin knew it was dangerous,  and every bone in his body feared and told him to stay inside, but his mind and his heart told him other wise. It told him that Gu Hai was out there, and when it came to love... Danger meant no more than the dirt. It was nothing of concern.

Bai Luo Yin nodded confidently even though his hands were shaking, he was sure that this was the right choice," This is what I have to do. No matter what.. This is the only thing for me to do."

She closed her hands around Bai Luo Yin's, comforting him and bringing the shaking to a stop. She saw a young boy that was fearful but moved by love, and  that touched her heart, " Bai Luo Yin... The strength in your heart will win all the battles in this world, and the love in your heart... Well it will win the war. You must remember what you are feeling in this moment - that love wins over all, and then you will be rich with happiness in your life. Go, this is what you have to. My son will be here soon, when he comes remember to go to the third floor and a boat will come to you. Where you go after that is only known by you . The wise words of my grand mother says that the heart will direct you... Your heart will direct you to him. Always remember it. "

Bai Luo Yin went down to the third floor by himself, walking as quick as his legs would allow him. At the end of the hall there was a long window that overlooked the street, when Bai Luo Yin reached the window he lifted his leg and aggressively kicked it. The glass was thick, not cracking in the slightest from that kick. Bai Luo Yin kicked it again several times before a long crack spread across the width of it. He lifted his leg once more and kicked it four times, finally shattering the glass completely. The glass fell on the carpet as well as it fell over the side of the building , however a few pieces stuck to the side of the window. Fortunately the window was wide enough for Bai Luo Yin to go through safely.

The window being broken exposed him to the cold air, and the breeze that brushed against his face. Even if it were winter Bai Luo Yin still seemed to have been sweating the past few days. Maybe it was fear...worry... or the stress that caused him to sweat this way. But even as he sat there the sweat continued to collect on his forehead until eventually it was dripping down the sides of his face as if he were just caught in a thunder storm.

In the distant, the roaring of a boat's engine approached the building. This boat belonged to the city, as well as many other boats that would soon begin to collect those that were stranded. The woman's son worked in the city's fire department, and had immediate access to the boats. When the son alerted her that he was coming as a rescue mission, she instead decided to stay behind insisting that she needed to give care to any that needed it.

Bai Luo Yin stepped closely to the edge of the window, only inches away from falling over into the water. What kept him back was the shouts of the men in the boat, that warned the younger boy to step back. When the boat came to the side of the window, the wind caused by the engine was so strong that Bai Luo Yin stumbled back. He would have surely fallen to his death if he weren't warned ahead of time.

"You're Bai Luo Yin? " The man, presumably the woman's son spoke. He had a rough manner to him which was obvious only in the short sentence spoken . Bai Luo Yin nodded his head, and once again stepped closer to the edge until the tips of hid toes were dangling over.

"Come with us."

The water was so high up that the boat could easily reach the window, making it easy for Bai Luo Yin to climb over onto the boat. When he stepped on it swayed back and forth, making Bai Luo Yin's heart jump and scream to him that it wasn't safe! However Bai Luo Yin wasn't a person who felt such a great fear that he could be held back. No, he would only push forward for as far as he could push.  His heart was far too stubborn to give up so easily.

The boat was quick and stormed through the waters, causing ripples and waves of its own. Bai Luo Yin carefully sat in a seat with a life vest on, compared to the other men that were without one. He felt like he was the rescue not the one on a rescue mission. They had been driving around for what felt like hours without making any stops at all and he couldn't help but to wonder how exactly he would be able to find Gu Hai at this rate.

It was as if he were taking a boat ride! His anger and unreasonable personality was matching Gu Hai's perfectly in that moment.

"Hey, is this a rescue mission?" Bai Luo Yin spoke.

All the men tired around and faced Bai Luo Yin. Their faces were covered in expressions of confusion and shock to hear his voice. Bai Luo Yin had not spoken a word, or let alone cleared his throat yet.  He had been silent up to this point.

"This is our attempt at a rescue mission. "

"Who will we rescue like this? Isn't this just a boat ride?"

The similar tempers in both of the boys were beginning to align. What others saw as bitterness and lack of manners was just simply love in the heart. Love could make you appear anyway it wanted you to.

"You were our mission."

" I have a mission of my own. There's someone out there that I have to find, please help me do that."
