Time skip (about two weeks later)
"We need to help her, she's soooo depressed!!" Natalie groaned to Charlie "Yeah I can't stand seeing Lacey like that" Charlie answered.
"What are you two dumbasses plotting now" Lacey grumbled walking into the room.
"We were just talking about how it's so weird that the apocalypse has started and nobody is really caring about it" chirped Natalie trying to cheer her depressed friend up.
"Lots of people are already dead or missing I am pretty sure people care!" Lacey moved closer to Natalie sounding more annoyed with each word she said.
"Well...nobody around here is training us for battle and the people here are so calm" Natalie tried to keep her voice steady one wrong move and BAM she would become lump of meat in the corner.
"You two might be onto something...I'm going for a walk and I won't be back for a while" Lacey declared before half storming half running out the door.
Charlie sighed "you just managed to escape that one Nat" she laughed nervously and petted her quivering friend.
Lacey's POV
I was so annoyed at those two idiots, but also kinda proud that I taught them to use their heads. I'm going to find Dylan myself and we're going to work out his illness together. Everything is going to work out alright. I'm sure of it!
